But recently we had a very…read moresimple job that only took 15 minutes max and was charged a full hourly rate of $125, which seems quite unreasonable. We've had plumbers who have adjusted their fees down when the fix was so simple, but not Peel Tech. It was a total rip-off, although the problem was fixed. I do not recommend anybody using them without getting clear information on the fees that will be charged up front. Not customer focused in my opinion.

Scott showed up worked through the problems and also discovered that we had two routers and that they might be fighting with each other. So he set it up so that one router became the prime source and took the information on the other router from Comcast to see if it was out of date ETC. I got and email saying Comcast Router was current and let's just leave it along unless you have any additional problems. I could not be happer with the results from Peel Tech.
