I just bought a new Apple Laptop - and it was faulty on delivery. AppleCare directed me to here and I got my machine in to them in two days. Naturally, it was the logic board that had the fault. ComputerCare was GREAT at communicating the status - especially as we waited for Apple to deliver the part. These guys are amazing! Super nice, professional, and true lifesavers. Here's what they repaired: An entire water bottle spilled inside my waterproof messenger bag pooling around a new macbook pro and sitting in it for about 20 mins. And this was just days over the 90-day warranty! I tried to air it out as best I could, but the entire screen was filled with water and I was sure the water had also gotten under the keys and into the hardware to fry the entire computer. I took it into ComputerCare expecting the worst. They took it for a few days, taking the entire machine apart to dry it and run it through every system check they could to make sure the water didn't ruin any of the hardware. They also aired out the screen. When I returned, they handed me my computer, I opened it up, and the only damage is a tiny, 3 mm circle, or water damage to the screen. So pretty much brand new!!! Great experience. My iPhone was making a terrible rattling sound every time I pressed the home button. ComputerCare found 7 screws within the phone loose, tightened them and turned around my phone for free (covered under apple care warranty) within about an hour. Had an appointment today at 10:00 am for my Mom's battery replacement on her Iphone 6+. Dropped it off while we did sightseeing Seattle. Took little over 2.5 hours when they said about an hour to hour n half, longer than what I expected, maybe they just did not call me as soon as the phone was done, I had to call them. Nevertheless the customer service was good, everything was explained to me and the process was easy, just wish they had a closer location near Lynnwood or Everett since the Apple store in Lynnwood is now closed! They are an authorized Apple service provider.. Battery comes with a 90 day warranty FYI if you have any non apple parts on your Iphone they will not work on it!! read more

Everyone was professional and they finished the job that needed to be done but I probably wouldn't come here again. I just needed a simple iPhone XS Max screen replacement. I opted to come here over the Apple store as the closest one to me is in the village which is notorious for bad parking. Trying to save myself the drive out there and the headache of circling for parking I decided to come to this authorized Apple dealer. I don't know if they were short staffed but the quote of 1 to 1.5 hours to pop off my old screen and put on a new one was inaccurate. I dropped my phone off around 1 pm and by 215 pm it wasn't ready yet. I didn't end up leaving until 330 pm. Unfortunately as well the shop is bare bones so there is nothing there to occupy your time while you wait, unlike the apple store. Also the immediate surrounding area doesn't have much to see or do-- I was able to find a nearby (real) coffee shop 5 minutes via walk. The space needle is nearby, but as a (now) local, the touristy areas have no appeal for me to go to, especially on a wet day. In the near future I'd go back to the Apple store - they seem to expect the rush and expedite simple fixes like this. I appreciate the sense of urgency and ample things to look at when waiting in store. read more

I contacted computer care because of all the good reviews. I needed a diagnosis on what was wrong with my MacBook since the Apple store was near impossible to get an appointment at during the corona virus. My battery wasn't charging and I had already replaced everything I could think of related to this issue, so I needed professional help. Took my MacBook in, and didn't hear from them for a few days, I had to call in to get my diagnosis. Not a problem. Once I called in they told me there was $1200 worth of liquid damage and corrosion to my logic board, I/O board, MagSafe 2 board and Top case with the battery. I was a bit surprised but took it at face value, and decided to get a second opinion just in case before I bought a new computer. Mind you, I know my way around a MacBook and when I opened my MacBook there's literally no corrosion expect one small spot near the touch pad. So I went to pick up my laptop and paid the $50 diagnosis fee. Took it to Apple today and they confirmed what I had observed, no corrosion except for one small area. Also they told me it didn't need anywhere near $1200 in repairs and to send in my laptop to get repaired would cost $400 tops. Needless to say I'm upset with this company, wish I could get a refund. Think twice before going to a third party computer repair shop. read more

IF YOU HAVE A MAC, DON'T GO HERE! I waited three days to hear back from them about a problem with my Mac (flashing folder with question mark). They said that my hard drive was failing and needed to be replaced, my battery needed replaced, and I would lose all of my data on the computer (which I foolishly had not backed up). They wanted $480 to fix it. I then decided to take it to an Apple Genius bar where they diagnosed it as a broken cable, something they'd seen often in the Macbook I own. They were able to fix and return it to me the very next day for $105, and all of my data was saved! GO TO THE GENIUS BAR! (And back up your data!) read more

My computer had extensive water damage and although I couldn't contact the office by phone my email got a prompt response and my computer was diagnosed the next day. Thankfully the hard drive was salvageable and I got very clear advice on my next steps as well as an offer of email advice pro bono. I finally decided it was time to replace the battery on my iPhone 6s+. I chose ComputerCare instead of the Apple store simply because it's not in a mall and for convenience. I made an appt. online for today at 2pm. I met with Michael at 2pm and he explained the process and how long it would take. Long story even longer; I was out of CC by 2:45pm. Like so many others, I was having "battery issues" with my older iPhone. I made an appointment online at Computer Care as I didn't want to try and fight the crowds at an Apple store. I was SO impressed! The appointment process was easy, I knew exactly what I needed to do with my phone before taking it in and Michael at CC was an absolute delight to work with.
