Really fast! Fixed my iPhone for a lot less than the Apple Store. Will definitely come here again!

Had an emergency phone screen replacement for my girlfriend's Samsung S25+ after it dropped on…read moreconcrete and cracked. Cost $330 for the repair. After replacement my girlfriend and I started noticing condensation both front and back camera lenses that eventually led to the phone randomly turning off. Tried troubleshooting but unable to turn phone on. Took it to another third party phone repair shop for diagnosis and was told whoever did the replacement left the inside messy and the screen connection was loose. The repair guy was able to bring the phone back to life during diagnosis but the screen was flickering. He recommended to take it back to where it was originally repaired. Drove back to Redmond and explained the situation. Employee said it will be about 2 hours to take a look and will call/text when ready. Okay cool. So we waited 2 hours and when we came back and he asked did you receive a text. I said it was already the 2 hour mark... The one hour device repair guy then explained the screen connection is corroded and proceeded to show a picture on his phone of the corrosion. He suggested we must've dropped it in water. So now I'm thinking, how can a connection be corroded internally if this phone is water resistant and the phone had these problems AFTER the repair? Even so, we NEVER exposed it directly to any source of liquid since the time of initial repair. Even if we did, shouldn't it NOT have this issue anyway? Also we NEVER received any document or signed anything acknowledging of any potential risks after repair. I asked the repair guy what are our options. He said he can order the screen replacement and have it done on Wednesday. I asked him if this was going to be charged. He said yes. I said no. He said call the number for "headquarters". I called and no one picked up. We left and on the drive home the number from "headquarters" calls us. I explained the situation again to "headquarters" guy and asked for what are our options. He said we'd have to pay $309. I said no. He said let me place you on hold and call the repair guy in Redmond. We waited on hold for a bit. He comes back and says the corrosion is from water damage. I'm thinking what is this guy trying to imply? We continued to have a back and forth until he relents and says I can do it for $209. I said no thanks. That is literally the cost of a replacement phone adding both repair costs. Honestly I was livid after this conversation. Not only was there zero accountability from their end, but they tried to shift blame on the customer for using their phone normally. TLDR: Please make sure you are aware the risks of getting anything repaired from this business. It might make more sense buying a replacement instead.

RUN AWAY! This store has absolutely no problem using deceptive, dishonest, and unethical means of…read moreplacing you at a disadvantage to acquire your money. I'll elaborate, since I see AT$T is so concerned with my satisfaction. I spent over 3 hours getting bounced around an absolutely insane web of phone-only representatives (and of course they make every non-money making aspect of their work a phone-in-only option) so no, I won't be reaching back out to their customer service phone bank folks. But I will tell my story: While trying to leave AT$T after they jacked my rates up, sold me a several hundred dollar ($450?) wireless router I absolutely did not need despite their insistence, and hoodwinked me into some stupid iwatch deal that was definitely NOT a deal! they absolutely refused to unlock the phone after I had paid it off in full. I'm gonna say it again because it's important. I paid the phone off in full and they would not unlock it. Not only that, but the phone coverage dropped unexpectedly while trying to port my coverage to the next provider. I don't know who is at fault with the failed transfer (Mint or AT$T) but at the end of the day it failed because they locked my phone for their own purposes. Still with me? So I suddenly don't have a working phone (no maps, no internet, no phone calls, kinda hard to do my job (I work in first-response medicine and it's really important that my phone works at all times)) and I drive across town to figure out why my phone wont port across. I show up to the store and there's... literally no door handle and it's definitely meant to swing out. Uh... red flag? The sole visible employee kindly opens the mangled door but he is busy with a customer. I don't want to interrupt but I've just spent the whole morning on the phone getting nowhere with these people so I ask to speak to their manager. The young man (seemed nice btw, just saying) goes into the back room and quickly returns saying the manager is busy. I politely insist that I really must speak with the manager as I've spent the whole day trying to take care of this myself and I just need some help at this point. The manager dude storms out of the back with his phone on full blast speaker mode and immediately tells me to stop yelling! I was speechless! I guess you'll have to take my word for it but, bro, I was absolutely not raising my voice though I was, I'm sure, visibly frustrated at the situation. The power trip escalated quickly from there with a long diatribe about how this was his store and he would throw me out. He lorded over me, I mean like weirdly staring me down (and raising his voice, I might add), seemed like a dyed in the wool abuser type of person. This is obviously a practiced tactic of his and he thought I would cower and crawl away so he could get back to whatever he was playing on his phone. I just needed his help. In short order he told me to get out of his store. When I told him he was literally throwing me back out with no way to use my own phone I had paid his company for he told me again to get out! Having no phone in 2025 in my profession is 100% NOT AN OPTION. (Btw this was a phone through their sister-company, FirstNet, literally for medical personnel like yours truly who depend on RELIABLE access to emergency communication ). I then spent the remainder of my day making my way to their more northern store and let me tell you, getting around unfamiliar parts of big cities is pretty difficult these days without any form of navigation. There I found several kind, if ultimately unhelpful staff. This was an 8 hour unproductive day. For the sake of brevity, I will just say it took me another 2 full days of not having a phone to finally swim through the bureaucracy of AT&T to finally be allowed to leave this deceptive, dishonest, and unethical company. What an absolute nightmare. I hope this review will help save someone a headache. Good luck out there and advocate for yourself. Stay away from businesses that prey on you. Good luck on your wireless provider search!
