Whatever you do, do not come here. Sold us a refurbished galaxy phone for $130 that stopped working within a week. Blamed it on us for it cracking so we went to try and get it returned, claimed if we bought a case he would fix it for free and there would be no more problems. After a week again, screen stopped working and completely shut off again after he claimed it was repaired. We brought it back and told us there was nothing he could do. Tried to again blame us, worst experience buying a phone. Claimed a 30 day warranty and would not honor it. Shady store that scams you and doesn't take accountability for selling phones that don't work. Do not ever come here! read more

Shan is a great guy. Was not very pushy about sales. Came in to explore used iPhones to replace my mom's phone and he did offer us some really good deals for some used iPhones but understood that it was a little more than we were intending to spend. Then offered us an absolutely amazing deal on a screen repair so we decided to let him get that done and maybe wait a little until money was less tight for a new phone. I went in because they were so friendly on the phone and assured me they could do my repair, in addition to wanting to support small local businesses. I also checked the good ratings here, and moved forward with the work: a cracked screen on my Google Pixel 4a, and paid cash. They told me it would be 5-7 business days. That was over THREE WEEKS AGO. I just tried to call (again- they have not been communicative at all), and no one answered. I'll update when it's been fixed. Did he steal my $170? Only time will tell. UPDATE: They finally fixed it yesterday- after almost four weeks, many phone calls on my end (they lost my info??), and a return visit because the screen they had was defective, so I had to come back. This guy is trash.. after buying 2 phones previously from him I went back to get another one after my phone dropped into a river, he said everything was working well with a battery life of 97%. after two days the battery life went down to 85% and my Face ID recognition never worked. Ill never go back again to this place, his customer service sucks. Took an older friend here because her phone stopped working, mainly because she was with a bad carrier. Asked about changing over her service and getting a new phone. They listened to her needs which were very basic and didn't try to upsell. Patiently answered questions and explained everything.Took them over two hours dealing with her previous carrier (they have a reputation for bad customer service) yet Wireless Connect person was extremely patient and finally got things sorted out. So, I definitely bought a Virgin Mobile phone for that delightful 25 dollars a month for everything plan. However when I got my new phone in the mail and tried to use it, my cell PHONE would not make PHONE calls! Called Virgin Mobile blah blah blah, problem was not fixed. Then I brought it in to these guys and man alive, they got the thing working! I just had typed in a few wrong digits for the MSID number and the lady and guy working here decided it would be a good idea to check on it. Thank goodness they decided to check that out! Call this morning...told my phone would be ready by the end of business today AFTER I heard all about "first come first serve only one in front of you today". The less than professional sales girl answers the phone "hello" leaving me to ask if this is a business or did I just reach a residence. Had it there by noon and I even have the parts. This business is a scam. They were supposed to replace the iPad charging port. They did then they said the screen stopped working. They replaced the screen. I got the iPad back with 88% battery life showing. When, I plugged it in, it wouldn't charge. Took it back to them. They said they now had to replace the battery. The iPad still wouldn't charge after replacing the battery. They didn't even reassemble it. The options were let them keep the iPad or pay them for a disassembled iPad that still doesn't work. Do NOT go here. They'll keep breaking and replacing parts. It seems the end goal is for them to keep it so they can probably resell it. read more

It took about 90 minutes to diagnose and fix but it was well worth the wait and they saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone. I got back a non functioning laptop and verbal abuse from teddy saying it was "my fault." His resolution for his mistake was to do a diagnostic check and charge me again for any problems that may have occurred during his mishap. I am livid right now and it takes me a lot to get irritated. I swung by here after a failed attempt to schedule my on demand repair of my Iphone 6+ with an online company. I was in and out after only 15 minutes. The estimate was on point and very reasonable. I got a new screen, a working phone again and a happy wife which all goes hand in hand. The only reason why I left a star short on my review was because the warranty is only for 30 days. Given that the iphone 6 screens has been an issue, I would've like to know that I had a longer warranty on the new screen. read more
