My fiancé got me a Samsung -ATIV Book 7 13.3" Touch Screen Laptop for my birthday from Best Buy and sadly the screen was broken after three days. I took it back to Best buy so that they can fix it for me but they told me to pay over the half price of the laptop since I didn't sign up for the Geek Squad. TEDDY IS AWESOME! My laptop crashed a few weeks ago and all of my family photos were on there (I did not back up my computer either! EEEEK I won't be doing that again) I originally took it to Laptop Swap on Aurora Ave in Shoreline, WA. The guy there told me that my laptop was fried and that he wouldn't be able to retrieve any of the photos. I heard about Wireless Connect from a friend. I came in here a few days ago to get my iPhone 6 repaired; the screen had been absolutely destroyed. The shop is small but spacious inside, and it looks like the team that works there is fairly small but capable. Before I had even had my claim receipt, the front desk associate asked me if I had found anywhere that would repair my phone for cheaper than them, and if so they would beat the rate by 5%, which is what their website also promised. I had looked at three different places in Seattle, but Wireless won out by a significant margin over them all, and they gave me a half off deal on tempered glass over my new screen. Teddy hooked it up ! I shattered my iPhone pretty bad for the millionth time and was done buying brand new phones. I stopped by a few places before finding Wireless Connect-- they seemed reasonably priced and told me it would take a half hr to fix. I was surprised when they finished before the half hour was up! I just had an excellent experience here today! My phone was working fine before I got I the shower...obviously when I got out it wasn't! The condensation from the shower had effected my phone from the small cracks in my screen, meaning the screen was dead, couldn't see anything on it or answer calls. Friend told me about this spot and said it was the best so I checked it out. Great service, less than 45 minutes, great African music playing, and he gave me a free case. It was only worth like 6 bucks but still, it's on my phone now:). I left feeling sooooo good and will only go there in the future for my cell fixes! read more

I was in the middle of using my phone when it just turned off. After freaking out, I raced to the store and they ran a test on the battery. After hearing that my phone was not going to recover, I started looking at what phones they were selling. Immediately I found a new iPhone at a reasonable price and was helped in every way possible. These folks ROCK!!! Just bought a phone and switched services to Virgin Mobile (why pay $140/month for Verizon when you can pay $50-$60 with Virgin!) The staff there was extremely helpful--took care of all the transfer details with Virgin over the phone on my behalf, sync'd my new phone up with my blackberry, etc., etc. I hate dealing with all the details of switching mobile providers--they took care of ALL of it! I went to wireless connect because my phone wouldn't charge. A very respectful gentlemen took my phone in the back and cleaned out the charging port and now my phone charges perfectly. It took him about five minutes so he did not charge me anything and when I asked to purchase a new phone case He recommended I find some thing more rugged based on the condition of my phone. A lot of computer repair shops will charge you for diagnostic tests but not this shop, wireless connect gave me a great affordable price. My laptop is now good as new. Customer service was great and they were very friendly and extremely helpful. If you ever have to leave your phone for repair, he would offer you a loaner phone so that you can have something to use.
