I declined. The computer was returned reassembled, so I couldn't immediately verify the components. At home, I discovered the original RAM was missing. I called the shop; a junior tech said the owner had done the work and promised a follow-up -- which never happened. To test the system, I installed a single 8GB RAM stick, and the computer POSTed and booted immediately, working perfectly. I then installed two 8GB Crucial RAM sticks, restoring full functionality. I called Hagman Computer Services and Jim Hagman addressed my problem right away, on the phone with me. He was polite, patient and professional. He did not judge me or make me feel stupid. After a couple attempts, he was able to recover my account and lock out the hacker. He gave me plenty of time to study my account before I received the invoice.
