After…read moreresearching and troubleshooting multiple error codes on the control panel of my alarm system with no lock, I contacted SVC Technology to have it fixed. Wade, the owner of the company, responded quickly. He is very professional and runs a very honest business. He scheduled a time to come and take a look at the issue. Meanwhile, asked me to take photos of the control panel errors, motion detector model number, etc. and send him prior to his visit. Shortly after he replied back with a quick suggestion and asked me to try them. During this experience, he followed up with me a couple of times via text to see if I need help. We did a face time and he easily walked me through the control panel to troubleshoot and suggested a couple of changes that I took care of myself. My security system is now fixed.
