I was having problems getting booted out of Zoom meetings and not being able to stream video at all in a 2500 sq ft house with a Mesh network with three access points. I had troubleshooted it many times myself and brought in a professional twice. There is no one else using the bandwidth, and I was paying for more than adequate speed. Yet I continued to have these issues. Granted I had a large number of devices connected, but it seemed as though the current network should be able to handle them. I brought in Lluminet as basically my last chance at fixing the network before uninstalling everything. They did some work on the network, checked the speeds, relocated my access points, and three weeks later I can say I have been more than pleased. Lluminet/Mark were great to work with! We wanted to have our house wired with ethernet and have some POE cameras mounted. Mark helped with deciding the equipment we needed to purchase and was able to get us a good deal on a server rack. During installation, he asked a lot of questions to make sure everything was to our liking and perfectly installed/positioned and gave good suggestions on scheme and placement. When they accidentally damaged some trim, they were forthcoming and honest about it and offered to repair it (though it wasn't a big deal really).
