Seattle Sight and Sound came out to give us a bid for reworking our system, a new tv, mounting it and looking at our surround sound that wasn't working. The bid was fair given the amount of work. We went with new Samsung TV, For mounting Rob suggested a mantle mount which actually comes down and out in front of the fireplace mantle, I had no idea that was even an option. No more straining our necks! Rob and his team was able to figure out what was going on with our surround sound, luckily it was just a faulty knob. The experience was great. These guys delivered exactly what we wanted. Rob and his team installed a projector setup in our living room that was as discrete as possible. It took 3 weeks of lead time, and 3 days of install, but the results were worth it. You can't rush these things. We've had our setup for about a month now, and I have to say it's fantastic! No messy wires, everything works like a dream. All of the wires are hidden, and we lost zero livable space in the process! Rob even came back to eliminate a bug that we found early on in the programming of the universal remote. I noticed that there is a recent 1-star review because somebody was disappointed that they were not contacted. A) That's a dumb reason to even give a review. B) I thought they had ghosted me initially because their initial correspondence went to my spam folder. I contacted them through the online contact form. After a couple of weeks went by, I was going to try again, but thought I would double check my spam folder just in case. Sure enough, Rob had returned my message within about 24 hours. I just never saw it because of filters. This whole setup almost didn't happen. In hindsight, that would have been a terrible shame. read more

He was able to install my sound system and hide my equipment out of view to give it more of a living room feel. A few little things that I really liked that he offered to do was set up my Netflix to play from my DVD Player to my brand new TV. He recommended that I buy a universal remote control for all my couch potato activities! (Bye bye having multiple remotes!) Holy cow Rob is the MAN! I bought a new 4K flat screen TV online but couldnt figure out how to take my old TV off the wall. Since I couldn't wait to get it installed, Rob worked me into his busy schedule the VERY NEXT DAY so I could enjoy my TV for the weekend and the US Open! Rob showed up on time, was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and checking with me along the way. When my built-in and current sound system didn't fit the new TV, Rob came up with some creative ways to get everything working. We'd gotten a few estimates for a TV mounting and Rob's was right in line with some of the others, the main thing making me go with him was that he would do a fully articulating mount in a place with metal studs and others wouldn't. They showed up on time, called ahead, had all equipment needed plus spares of anything else that might have been needed in the van, and got to work. Various things found once drilling into the wall made it more difficult than expected but they got it done anyways, showed us how to use/adjust it all after, cleaned up perfectly... we're incredibly happy with the results and would highly recommend them. read more

He installed a SunbriteTV outdoors as well as a whole house Sonos speaker system and wired Sonos Outdoor speakers for the TV which also connects to the whole house system, He also installed apple TV. The finished product is perfect. He had to drill thru the outdoor wall and install all the cableTV and cables thru the wall. Stacked all components indoors and wired an RF on the TV so all components work seamlessly. The multiple wires are hidden and clean. The TV bracket he installed outdoors pulls out and swivels with ease. Rob left the job site spotless. He was in and out in less about 1/2 a day. Awesome work.
