I would give Qnorthwest more than 5 stars if I could! We had a very positive experience from the moment I reached out to Qnorthwest (via Yelp) to the completion of our project. Patricia responded in a very timely manner to my inquiry, and had Jack scheduled to come out for an estimate pretty quickly. Jack was prompt, to the minute, the day of our scheduled estimate - that speaks volumes because contractors typically give you a large timeframe of their arrival, and you end up waiting around for hours wondering when they would show up. Jack is super personable and gave his professional opinion on the camera/light installation we wanted done around the outside of our house. When we got our first quote, we did go back and forth via email a few times to finalize the scope of the work we wanted done for the budget we had. When we came to an agreement, a day and time was scheduled for Jack to come out with a colleague. When that day came, Seattle had a snow day with icy roads, and therefore Jack wasn't able to come at the scheduled 8am time. Patricia attempted reaching us very early in the morning to inform us of Jack's delay. When I didn't respond to her first few text messages to acknowledge the delay, she found another way to get a hold of my husband. To me, that is dedication and putting the customer first - she didn't want us to be waiting around wondering where Jack was. I consider that excellent customer service! The start time ended up only being a 2 hour delay, and Jack showed up promptly again. He and his colleague, True (sp?), completed the project within 2-3 hours. They went above and beyond, spending time to help us label our entire circuit breaker box. This was certainly not expected, but extremely appreciated! Qnorthwest recently completed a marathon electrical project for me. Although changing out the corroded electrical conduit should have been fairly straightforward, it ended up a nine-month headache. The whole situation was a quagmire of problems which were out of my, or Qnorthwest's, control. The process was excruciatingly slow and frustrating. I needed to install a L2 EV charger, a 20 amp circuit in the garage and an easy low voltage coax run. I called for a quote thinking it was going to be a month or so and was able to get Joe out two days later who gave me an incredibly reasonable price quote and just made me feel really at ease. He came back the next day and knocked it out in less than half the time he had quoted me which is awesome as my wife and I work from home.
