I had gotten a bunch of disheartening quotes from other electricians ($6-7k for a 20A outlet). They all told me that my panel was full and the main cost was to add a new panel. EVGuys took a look at my panel and told me they could save me that money simply by consolidating circuits on my existing panel. Better, they installed a Tesla native wall charger instead of a simple 20A outlet for $2400. SO GLAD I FOUND THEM. Throughout the process they were responsive, transparent, and professional. Would 100% recommend.

Overall, it's not a bad place to park, charge, and shop.

No wifi in garage but take the elevator up to lobby for a beautiful sitting area and outdoor space. But after hours you may have to work to find your way back into the garage so keep an eye out for signage.

They aren't as fast as the Superchargers but, less expensive, $0.29/minute vs $0.48/minute at Supercharger. However, it's allotted charging time is 1 hour, so if your battery is very low you may not be able to charge to the recommendation of 80% in that time. That being said, it is easy to kill an hour walking with some coffee/donuts while I wait. David G.

Call in, give them your card info and the charger number and, nothing. But they sure charge your card the hold fee fast enough. Happened again today on First Hill. Never clear if you need a membership or not, and when you call in and give them your CC# they say you don't. Why do I have to call in when I could just tap my card? Being unable to easily charge your car is the #1 reason why people say they wouldn't buy an EV. Glad I can charge at home for a tenth of the price. Thanks 'Blank".
