Very responsive and got the job done easily and perfectly! Would highly recommend Wayne.

Wayne is awesome. He has helped me with several projects and they have all come out absolutely perfect. He's extremely meticulous, thoughtful and is extremely interesting to talk to. Everything from the import export business, to Japanese pop culture, farming, gardening, 80s metal. Wayne is the best. I'm almost hesitant to write the review because once you have a "guy" once everyone else finds out you no longer have a guy. read more

Wayne from Seattle Home Theater Pros did a wonderful job. I had a TV mounted by delivery guys that completely botched the job where the tv mount was coming out of the wall and hanging dangerously and incorrectly. Wayne removed everything and helped conceal the mess of wires in the wall, taking care to make sure all was safe and to code. Very responsive and all around a nice guy. 6 stars if I could. read more

Wayne is the best; he is incredibly professional and kind! He mounted a TV into a tile wall and did so perfectly. Communication prior to arrival and during the mounting was top notch. He is a perfectionist so he made sure everything was done exactly how it should be done. He even fixed some of the wiring that was done by the home builders for us! Plus his pricing seems better than the other quotes I received but he handles everything himself personally so you know exactly what you're getting with Wayne. Highly recommended! read more

Wayne installed a MantelMount MM815 (the motorized one) TV mount above our fireplace and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough, and he settles for nothing less than perfection. He also came in person to view the area before giving a quote, which is always a plus. The speaker mount was done cleanly with no gap in between the TV and the speaker, resulting in a very clean and professional setup. The previous owners had installed a recessed media box in an inconvenient place relative to where our mount was going to go, but Wayne was able to work around it and even re-use the box to hide all our wires and streaming boxes. He also was very patient in answering all my questions and kept in communication as needed leading up to the install date. Wayne's prices were also very fair, both for the mount itself and all the work that needed to be done to install it. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Wayne again for the next time we need our TV mounted, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for TV mounting or any other AV work. read more

Perfection! Would give more stars if could. Wayne was helpful from start to finish. Even before he showed up, he talked me through tv's, soundboard, and the challenges of mounting on an uneven stone wall. He answered all my question before and during the install. With the 1960 stone wall, I knew this wasn't going to be any easy tv mount job. But after talking to Wayne on the phone, I was confident he was up for task. He was meticulous in his preparation, planning and work. The outcome was flawless and he left the work area clean. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Wayne wildly exceeded my expectations. He was super easy to coordinate with, came same day and was able to troubleshoot a complex entertainment system that had totally stopped working. He pulled it apart, figured out what went wrong, reconnected exactly the right wires in the right places and had the whole complicated system back in action within an hour. He left no mess and checked everything, including making sure that everything was flush. He's also a super pleasant and educated person. 10 out of 10 for me. read more

He was great to work with and we couldn't be happier with his work on installing our new tv above our fireplace.

Wayne was awesome. He installed a giant 77" LG TV right against our wall. He was super communicative before the job, and was easy to work with to schedule, he was honest beforehand that the job wasn't simple because the TV was very narrow and it was not a standard drywall-on-studs wall. During the actual job, he was fun and easy to chat with. He had some special tricks to make sure the dust from the sawing didn't get everywhere. Despite the complex wall (it's drywall over plywood over some studs laid flat over original boards) he was very clean with the sawing. no extra marks or touchups needed afterwards. My favorite part was that he was genuinely excited that he had predicted where the studs were and his first cut was the right one. The TV itself is hanging perfectly with no cables visible and we're enjoying our new theatre experience. read more

I'm very happy with the fantastic job Wayne did. I hired him to install a Mantelmount MM815 motorized mount so I could watch my TV without breaking my neck. He explained everything thoroughly and provided me with all the options possible (be sure to ask all your questions before the job!) Depending on the condition of your wall and outlet locations, there might be some limitations that could only be figured out in person like mine, but Wayne was very patient and told me his recommended solutions and added cost before he started. I contacted Wayne over the weekend, and he replied promptly to me even during his free time. I really appreciated how responsive he was towards my questions and requests, and he came over to give me a walkthrough consultation despite the late notice. I already had all the home theater equipment available and he was very knowledgeable about what the job I wanted entailed. While I ended up going with someone else because I was on an extremely tight table, I'll always appreciate Wayne's promptness and professionalism in trying to help me out with my home theater system. I'd highly recommend him and I'd like to work together with him again in the near future. read more

Wayne, the owner, was very responsive to all my questions about something I knew nothing about. He installed a wall mount for a 86" TV on a basement wall. We weren't sure whether the wall had studs on top of the concrete foundation because it was hidden by wallboard. His expertise was invaluable and educational in case we do another installation in our basement office. He came in and did his assessment of the job, gave us a very reasonable quote. Needless to say, we accepted his quote and got our new 86" TV mounted on the basement wall. We now feel like our basement theater is FOR REAL! I would highly recommend Wayne.
