Mike did an amazing job installing our TV above our corner fireplace. When I reached out, he was quick to respond and it was easy to get our appointment set. The entire process took maybe 30 minutes. As he worked, Mike took care to make sure I was on the same page about the exact positioning options and the angle. His initial quote was right on the money. Wonderful work and quick service. Very patient. I had two toddlers running around and they came in and was super nice to them and went straight to work. I didn't have a bracket, so one was provided. I had him conceal the cords and add led lights behind the tv. Great work! read more

After talking with 2 other company's, one of which I would not let hang my shower curtains, he asked the right questions and gave the right answers. Very pleasant, removed their shoes, which I thought was very respectful and went right to work to mount my 70" TV. I already had the bracket, and sound bar attached, I just needed it mounted to the wall. ( tv was relocated to another room) He noted that the bracket I had was still in good shape so he made some measurements, squared up center and mounted the tv. With very little effort and under an hour. Cleaned up and was on their way. Very thankful for getting an appointment in one day. Would highly recommend Fastinstall read more

We were eager to have our TV and soundbar mounted in our new place. When I submitted my service request, Mike was very quick to respond and remained responsive throughout our message exchange. As far as installation, it was truly a fast install! He was quick, efficient but also very thorough. He also gave us some great recommendations for the best way to add other media and conceal those cords when the time comes. The price for the installation and TV mount was also very reasonable! He had spare parts available that I needed and didn't have and was generous with offering them to me. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, kind and fast. He's your guy for this service, you do not need to look any further. Hiccups were the power cord from the TV was a little short to reach the outlet so Mike used his own extension cord to check on TV which was appreciated. He did not want to use the coax cable to my cable box and recommended an HDMI cable to hook up to internet as it is a smart TV of course. I needed a 25' HDMI cable and extension cord so ordered both from Amazon. Mike did a super fast basic install to ensure TV was working however an odd quirk developed after I plugged everything in which may have been due to him having me scan the QR code on the TV during set up or possible during the quick setup he agreed to whatever prompts were on the screen. Don't know. The quirk is now my iPhone is affected and I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot with no success. Have called the TV manufacturer, no help. Called Mike and he is busy but hopefully he can swing by to fix this glitch. Very frustrating. read more

In an odd sort of way, it turned out my first choice wasn't my best choice!…read more I came across the listing and thought "OK - it's a little corny name, 'Those Tech Guys'" but honestly, if you hang around tech guys at all, you get it. I am far from a professional when it comes to IT installations, but I know enough to be dangerous. And after getting quotes to install ethernet in my 1980s circa home, one never wired for ethernet, one that just went through a significant renovation where I, in my supreme wisdom said "WiFi is great, now! Who need hardwires anymore?" was now faced with retrofitting several rooms and office with ethernet and said, this guy over here, the independent with a normal sounding company name, yeah - lets go with him! Mistake!! After schedule, and reschedule, and delays, and reschedule, we got nowhere with contractor number one. Meanwhile, Roberto and Peter at Those Tech Guys had patiently followed up several times, continued to be pleasant and professional, and AFTER I said no thank you I am going to go with someone else! So I made the dreaded call back - "So remember when I said if things change . . . " Peter was quick to jump on the phone, and walk me through things at every step. Gave me a highly competitive bid, and an install time of only a few days from when I called. They cam onsite, were clean courteous, and efficient. They played with my dog (I mean who doesn't love a bowling ball Staffy Bull Terrier mix?) and made light work of the install, and the final cost (with tip!) was even below the initial quote. This was made possible as Peter walked my home and together we found opportunities to do things more quickly, and save a few dollars along the way. In the end, I didn't choose Those Tech Guys first, but you should. No regrets here, other than I should have picked them first!

Burt has helped me when I was spending a single digit % of his suggested budget on an item the exact same as when I was spending more than what he suggested! I have felt like an extremely valued customer through every interaction with Burt, regardless of what I needed or what I was spending. If anything, they've limited sound quality. Seattle HiFi recommended the Niagara 1200, and phoned me when one became available. I was open to looking at the more expensive versions but was persuaded that I really just needed the basic 1200 model. With low expectations, I plugged my gear in. Wow. Immediately heard improvements. Cleaner top end, more detail, better bass definition, and less ear fatigue when listening to digital gear. Color me highly impressed again.

We wanted to install a 70 inch tv on a moveable mount in the only place it would fit (above a weird, fake fireplace that came with the house). Friends suggested going with one of those cheap $70/hour places but we wanted it done right and safe. When we found this place, it first seemed a little too fancy and I worried they wouldn't do a small job like this, but Rob was great about explaining the cost and process and everything worked out. We recently had them do, among other things, some drywall work, painting, security camera and Nest thermostat installation, mounting/hanging and wiring (behind walls) of a TV, adjustments to uneven and sticky doors throughout the home, repair of a non-functioning power washer, and work on a leaky toilet (again, among other things). Their range is impressive, and their craftsmanship is top notch. VERY high quality, high-grade professional work product. They even bring all of the necessary tools and materials to support whatever the need is, including materials for painting, etc. Very low lift for us as the consumer -- we really didn't have to lift a finger. The best part? All of them are incredible human beings, who are very easy to work with. Their customer service is great -- we provided our requests and instructions, and they ran with things from there and delivered exactly as we had asked. They dropped by that Friday afternoon to assess the situation. Great attention to detail. I learned for example that you don't want vertical seams lining up. Quick but thorough. They found an exact replacement, and had the paint mixed that same weekend. In the future, when we decide to fix up our cabinets, drywall, molding, and so on, I intend to call on Bill first.

And after getting quotes to install ethernet in my 1980s circa home, one never wired for ethernet, one that just went through a significant renovation where I, in my supreme wisdom said "WiFi is great, now! Who need hardwires anymore?" was now faced with retrofitting several rooms and office with ethernet and said, this guy over here, the independent with a normal sounding company name, yeah - lets go with him! Mistake!! After schedule, and reschedule, and delays, and reschedule, we got nowhere with contractor number one. Meanwhile, Roberto and Peter at Those Tech Guys had patiently followed up several times, continued to be pleasant and professional, and AFTER I said no thank you I am going to go with someone else! So I made the dreaded call back - "So remember when I said if things change . . . " Peter was quick to jump on the phone, and walk me through things at every step. Gave me a highly competitive bid, and an install time of only a few days from when I called. They cam onsite, were clean courteous, and efficient. They played with my dog (I mean who doesn't love a bowling ball Staffy Bull Terrier mix?) and made light work of the install, and the final cost (with tip!) was even below the initial quote. This was made possible as Peter walked my home and together we found opportunities to do things more quickly, and save a few dollars along the way. A few other companies sent out employees to run estimates, but Mulitmedia Circuit and Systems responded very quickly and said they could confidently do the installation on the same visit. He came out as promised and very quickly finished the work. Kirill even offered to help with a few aesthetic issues he had noticed during the installation, such as removing an exterior, unused coax cable and also filling a hole in the siding that he had noticed. Multimedia Circuit and Systems was incredibly fast in both their response and the installation, and I plan to reach out again for help with some PoE camera installations. Overall, he was great to work with and did high quality work, consistently going above and beyond my expectations.

I had a TV go out in our house and reached out to Mike to see if he could help move TV's around. I was surprised he could come out in a few hours and help for a very reasonable amount. He did amazing work taking the broken one down and rearranging two other TV's in the house and even did his best to trouble shoot it. They are fast - so it's better to be thoroughly planned about various decisions but otherwise highly recommended.
