I wanted to replace the silicone seal in my master bedroom shower and also seal the grout as the mildew was becoming a weekly chore. Andy arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly. We could carry a conversation as if we'd known each other for years. We had an immediate rapport and that's always helpful in a working relationship. Andy got to work right away on the shower and I noticed he had all the right tools for the job. It took several hours, but he worked diligently and quietly and cleaned up afterwards. Ultimately, the shower looks brand new again and I shouldn't have to worry about any further maintenance for another five years. I needed to replace my garbage disposal that was jamming frequently before it was beyond repair. I grabbed the disposal I wanted from Home Depot and Andy came by a couple days later. We recently had them do, among other things, some drywall work, painting, security camera and Nest thermostat installation, mounting/hanging and wiring (behind walls) of a TV, adjustments to uneven and sticky doors throughout the home, repair of a non-functioning power washer, and work on a leaky toilet (again, among other things). Their range is impressive, and their craftsmanship is top notch. VERY high quality, high-grade professional work product. They even bring all of the necessary tools and materials to support whatever the need is, including materials for painting, etc. Very low lift for us as the consumer -- we really didn't have to lift a finger. The best part? All of them are incredible human beings, who are very easy to work with. Their customer service is great -- we provided our requests and instructions, and they ran with things from there and delivered exactly as we had asked.
