Any estimate for the job? No - he couldn't even make an estimate. When I called Adam, he said they would send a more experienced tech. Why not send someone qualified the first time? What about the charge for showing up and not doing anything? "That's our normal fee?" So, will we be charged for a new estimate? "It's still $250 to show up." Really? I told him we didn't want them anymore and we would like at least a partial refund. He agreed to a refund of $125, but the refund didn't come. I called again and he said they had a miscommunication. Now it would be sent. Still no refund ... We found a new person, a handyman - he said it was challenging, but he found the broken connection and he only charged us $250. Mirsky? Never again ...

I brought an elderly and disabled friend there today because she just needed a lightbulb changed in her old lamp from the 1970s. The young lady who helped us was so sweet, and went the extra mile to take time with my friend and understand what she needed and listen to her stories. She found the correct bulb (an unusual size and wattage) and when it came time to check out, she said, "You're good to go." My friend kept insisting on paying, but the employee was adamant - said to enjoy our day and come back soon. It really was an exceptional experience. You just don't get that much anymore.
