I had Black Sheep come and upgrade our old electrical panel. The owner, Ryan, walked us through all of the steps and was always quick to respond to any questions I had about the project. They communicated with the inspectors for me and made the entire process quick and painless. The crew showed up on time, did great work and left the area they were working in very clean. I highly recommend Black Sheep Electric for any electrician needs! read more

6 years later and I still use Black Sheep. They're amazing, charge a reasonable amount, and did a great job. read more

I have used Black Sheep Electric for my home electrical needs for the past 10 years, for three different homes. They have installed 220V power in my garage for my woodworking tools (two homes), added additional electrical lines, upgraded lights throughout my house, and troubleshot electrical issues we were having in our current home. All of the technicians are highly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and fair in offering options to address an issue. I highly recommend using Black Sheep Electric. read more

They where quick to return my call. Worked hard to work me into their busy schedule, getting a technician to my house within an hour of my call. When I called after hours to request another visit after PUD had come did their portion of the repair, the owner was the one to call me back within an hour and put me at the top of the schedule for the next morning. Great fast and confident service. Will be using them again when ever we have an electrical need. read more

Updating this five years later ... we continue to experience faulty wiring in new and exciting places! my office at the moment. Really annoying. I'm not a young guy, and have never encountered problems like this after living in a dozen odd places. Poor work. Avoid. read more

I have been calling Black Sheep Electric for 5 years to help on various electrical problems. Last job they did was to figure out why my master bathroom outlets were not working. They also put up new outdoor garage door lights and a new outdoor wall light. I can always depend on Black Sheep office personnel to get me on their calendar, for workers to show up, be courteous, listen to my concern and get the job done professionally. Thank you! read more

Timely and professional communication. The job was done quickly and the inspector said it was solid work. Highly recommend!

Tony and Alfonso helped install a ring floodlight that we wanted almost 20 ft high and were incredibly helpful, creative and flexible in finding a way to meet my vision. We had received estimates from a couple other of the big store companies and they were not as competitive nor were they even able to accomplish the original ask due to the position of where we wanted it installed. We were so impressed. the guys were personable and on time, and manged to complete the instal in an hour. They also helped us fix a ring doorbell that had too short of wires and did a thorough job at finding alternatives for us to trouble shoot issues related to that. We would definitely recommend them. read more

You'll pay over $200 even if they fix nothing. I hired Black Sheep Electric to fix a tripping breaker issue. The electrician completely misdiagnosed the problem, claiming not enough current was coming into the condo unit. They told me I needed to contact Seattle City Light for a resolution. It turned out the voltage coming in was exactly right, condo/apartment buildings usually have lower voltage than homes yet this professional electrician somehow didn't know this. They also replaced the breaker but the new breaker was tripping again later the same day. I objected to being charged for a new breaker that didn't fix the issue so they told me they'd refund it if they could take back their new one and put the old one back in, I agreed. Then they tried to bill me for this return visit that they insisted on making! They did reverse that charge after I wrote in to complain. I still had to pay over $200 for the initial visit that solved absolutely nothing. This is a far cry from the getting the job done right the first time you'd expect from highly paid professionals. Do yourself a favor and find an electrician that only charges if they can fix your issue! read more

These guys came out to do some work for me a couple of years ago. They had initially been scheduled to come out a second time, but after 2 or 3 no shows after I took time off work, I ended up using someone else. I am still finding many things they did wrong. I cannot recommend this company. read more

Outstanding Service! I needed to reposition my interlock for my generator from my transfer panel to my main panel, and Black Sheep Electric came through brilliantly. They contacted me right after I submitted my project on Yelp, scheduled the job quickly, and arrived at my house the day after I accepted their bid. The technician was incredibly friendly, explained the entire process to me, and informed me when the power would be out. The job was completed in about an hour, and everything was done impeccably. We tested the interlock, and it works perfectly. For their prompt response, competitive pricing, and outstanding professionalism, Black Sheep Electric has definitely earned my loyalty. read more

I got a Gen 3 Tesla Wall Connector installed on 7/10/2020. These guys made everything really simple. I used their online tool to submit my request to them. Was in touch with Aaron and Ryan throughout the process. After I got the quote, I scheduled a date using their online bid system. The technicians Tony & Ian, showed up on the day of (in masks) and were in and out in a couple of hours. Everyone in their company I spoke with was very nice and still to the point. The techs mentioned they had installed a few chargers before, and also were kind of enough asked me if I had a preference for where I wanted it mounted. I got a receipt from Toni within minutes. They took payment using the Square POS system. Will definitely put them in my maintenance book for any future electrical projects. read more

Black Sheep Electric - Tesla Wall Connector (Gen 3) - Electricians Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

Easy to get scheduled and the electrician came and fixed our issues quickly. Very professional and fair pricing.

Black Sheep replaced my electrical panel in my garage. They came out to review the job and were on time. They coordinated with PSE for the power shutdown. Everything went as planned. Good communication and execution. read more

Black Sheep Electric gave me a positive first impression, then ultimately fell down on the job. Tony came by at the scheduled time to provide service, but ultimately determined the job was too large. He took plenty of notes to use for a bid and promised a follow-up the following week, but the bid never came through. I called and emailed Tiffany and used their form to follow up but never received a response. read more

Did a good job with the wiring but left a big hole/crack above the electric panel in the drywall

The work was pretty neat and fast. The electrician was knowledgeable and understood the assignment throughly.

We hired Black Sheep Electric to replace our old 1977 electrical panel. We have used Black Sheep Electrical for some other projects, and they have always been on time, on budget, extremely experienced and professional, and just really good people. Their estimate for replacing the panel was literally one half of the estimates we got from other companies. Tony and Kaleb came out to do the job, and they were absolutely great. Tony is a perfectionist, and at every step of the project he made sure that everything was done right. Kaleb worked in sync with Tony and together they were an awesome tandem. Even though we had some challenging aspects of our 1977 house, Tony and Kaleb were able to quickly work through those challenges, and they finished the project in one day. We highly recommend Black Sheep Electric. They may not be the "well known" electrical company, but you will be 100% happy with their work. read more

We needed to have 4 bathroom ceiling fans, and a bathroom lighting fixture replaced throughout the house. Ian can out and did an excellent job. He was very courteous, professional and capable. He laid down tarps to avoid ceiling excess debris scatter and even had to crawl into the attic to dislodge the old fixture in one case. I thought the price for 5 hours work was quite reasonable. I could not be more pleased with the results and would definitely hire Black Sheep Electric in the future. read more

We worked through Black Sheep Electric to install/replace 6 can lights in our living room ceiling. Despite a few early scheduling issues, they were able to come out to meet our tight timeline and performed the work within 2 hours. The work was well done and they left the living room very clean. The overall cost was substantially lower than what other groups quoted us, and payment was very easy. Would recommend. read more

I was in a scramble to find electrician to clear some outlets out of way in preparation for some renovation work. I must have contacted at least half a dozen companies and learned first hand how challenging it is. Some companies are queued up with several month of delay, and then there is this other company that came up with a quote that I thought I heard wrong, I guess they figured they could get away with anything when people are desperate. I am so fortunate that I finally found Black Sheep, I couldn't believe I can actually see their schedule online and book a slot, which is efficient. It is smooth communication all the way with their manager Aaron. Ian and Zach, two young guys who came to do the job, were both courteous and professional. Ian is a skilled leader who thinks clearly and acts fast. At the end, we got great results in less than expected time, for a very fair price. I'm also grateful that I've found a dependable company to go when I have need for electrical work. read more

We had problems with our electric panel and transfer switch when we were running our generator during our power outage. Tony from Black Sheep Electric came out and he was great. I would highly recommend this company and will use whenever we have any electrical issues in our house. read more

Black Sheep Electric installed new dishwasher and microwave circuits for me (didn't have them before) and they were a pleasure to work with. They didn't try to upsell me to a new panel, they were very responsive (I mostly talked with Tiffany for scheduling), and everyone I interacted with was respectful (not always the case when contractors work with women). They stuck to their bid and timeline, and even added a new GFCI breaker for me without writing up a whole new work order. The electricians were great. They cleaned up after themselves, answered all my questions, and did a clean install. The inspector signed off on their work after the first visit. I've got a couple of bigger electrical projects planned over the next few years and I know exactly who I'm going to call. I 100% recommend Black Sheep Electric. read more

These guys ROCK. We needed help installing lights around the house, called the office, they sent Logan who was awesome, priced the whole project got it booked, and did it in 2 days. No pain, quick, great price, awesome work. We were over the moon happy with the craft. Currently, we have them back to price a bigger project that will include some outdoor work and many more lights in this old home. In the future, we want them to also come back to redo our kitchen lights too. Thank you guys for your work, you are running a tight ship there. Please continue the good work. People in yelp, do not browse any more, need some electrical work? just call these guys and save some serious hassle. We love you guys! read more

We bought a new house last year and needed several things done: * Upgrade an existing circuit for EV charging so that the wiring is rated properly for the outlet * Add another circuit for EV charging * Add outlets in the kitchen * Add circuit and outlets to bathrooms for washlet (bidet) power * Upgrade circuit for kitchen range They were (and probably still are) extremely busy but they still found the time to come by to give an estimate for the kitchen range, which was urgent since we had a new one being delivered. And they were able to upgrade it as needed before the range came. Outstanding work scheduling that and getting it done while they were super busy. And they came back not too long after that for the rest of the work. The crew was professional, friendly, and definitely went above and beyond getting the job done - they ended up rewiring a lot of the breaker box because it was in bad condition, and even replaced a whole bunch of breakers. They ended up working a bit later than anticipated, but I was happy to have them do so since they were working really hard to leave the breaker box in a much better state than how they found it. They also scheduled inspection after the work was done, and that inspection was shockingly quick (pun intended) and it passed, with the inspector also remarking that they did good work. I just reached out to them for some more work, and figured I should leave them a five-star review here, so here it is! read more

Never called me to answer for a quote. Gave them my contact information and nothing. A quick phone call or text to tell me they weren't interested would be kind. read more

Needed some outdoor electrical work done. Tony and Dane came out today and did a great job. Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Online booking and ability to see availability was a huge plus (through their website, I didn't use Yelp but assume it works similarly). The virtual walkthrough process and customer service for rescheduling with Tiffany was also top notch! Thanks! read more

I have used them multiple times now. AC outlet installation, new outlets and security cameras. Among the three companies I have used, these guys know exactly what they are doing and have a much better understanding of the local code. Their price is very reasonable. In my case they also took time to find a way to do the work without needing drywall repairs. Don't want to ding a star for this but scheduling is not as easy with them as others. You have to use the online website, I could never get an actual person on the phone. So I have never been able to get them to come for an urgent call. Appointments are always 2-3 weeks out. read more

I had a number of electrical issues in my home that were discovered during a pre-sale home inspection. Black Sheep came in and fixed everything for me. Their commnication was great, price fair, and the work was done quickly and on time. I would recommend Black Sheep Electric to anyone. read more

I was in a time crunch (house going on market soon) and they were the only place that had availability soon and visible online. Aaron contacted me to confirm if the one hour appointment I scheduled would be enough time for the tasks needed. There were two electricians that arrived, Kameron and I can't recall the other's name but he was tall enough not to use a ladder when replacing the ceiling smoke/carbon monoxide detector. They kept me in loop about their arrival time through texts as I had requested since I had to meet them there. Both had masks on. They got all work completed in an hour, including waiting for us to bring a new fixture to replace. This is after they gave us several options after discovering the original fixture was broken (terrible track lights). They even cleaned up after too (brought a vacuum). I would do business with them again. I also received a follow up email from Aaron a couple days later. This shows they care about my experience. Excellent customer service! read more

Amazing service - i had an EV charger outlet installed in my garage!! Shout out to Toni (Office Manager) and Eddy (electrician) for their help. Toni kept me informed every step of the way from initial scheduling to the permit inspection. She was very friendly and accommodating. Eddy showed up on time and completed quickly. He also took the time to explain everything. Would definitely use their service again!! Oh and their online estimate and scheduling system is amazing! Very easy to use and they follow up promptly. read more

Sorry for the late review. Two men came by via Black Sheep Jan 3rd 2022 in Fremont and were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I can't remember their names. After experiencing multiple companies bailing on my landlord and I, these guys were very reliable, communicative and knew what they were talking about. They presented me with multiple solutions to my issue and ended up installing new 20amp circuits. If I can remember find their names I'll add them. They came out from two different towns...I felt totally safe and supported by their presence in our home read more

We've had several great experiences using Black Sheep Electric. We were very impressed with our electrician Eddie and he explained everything clearly to my wife and me. Tiffany was very helpful coordinating things over the phone. We will definitely keep working with them if needed in the future! read more

I contacted Black Sheep through Yelp -- they responded right away. I got a call to find out additional details about my job. I was able to snap and text a few photos. The *next day*, 2 professional and skilled electricians showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They made quick work of the job (upgrading a 3-prong dryer outlet to 4-prong). There was needful drywall removal, but they did it in such a manner that it was easy to repair. Their pricing was very reasonable (lower than other quotes I was offered). I think I've found my new go to electrician! read more

We had a circuit breaker popping and Black Sheep was the easiest to schedule because I could schedule online. Huge fan of that! When they arrived, they were super helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem then fixed it. Very friendly, would recommend! read more

They responded, gave me an estimate, then vanished with no communication. I emailed and called, but no response after over two weeks. If a company finds the job too small, etc. just say so. It leaves one hanging for days not knowing whether to call someone else or not. It's just common decency, not to mention professionalism. Reply to Ryan: I did not leave a message. I spoke directly to Tiffany by phone and then made a follow up email a few days later when I did not hear back. She did leave me a message yesterday, but still had not asked you about my question. She said she "believed" she knew the answer. I conveyed this to you and your answer was simply you were" sorry I had issues with her", nothing more. This is a terrible way to conduct business. read more

I've replaced outlets and other electrical stuff in my house before, but one in our bedroom stymied me: three blacks wires and one brown one! After reading all the positive reviews of Black Sheep, sent them a request for an estimated. The response came in within ten minutes for what would probably be a one-hour job. I scheduled at their earliest appointment in February, but they called me later in the day and were able to slip in our work this morning--literally the next day! The electrician was quick and did a neat job, and explained what he'd done. Delightful! read more

We had some circuits that were overloaded and some wiring that was not up to code. Tony and Dane were great- they came out twice and both times I could not write a better review.
