Dadz was fantastic at customer service and getting the job done right! We had a dedicated 30amp outlet installed at our house for our RV, and Dadz came out within a week to compete the job and ran the wiring under the house and crawl space to avoid an ugly exposed conduit as the other companies wanted to do as they were lazy (our panel is at the complete opposite end of the house than the RV plug). Even better, when we thought that we had an installation issue with the plug, Moe from Dadz came out the next morning (after answering the phone at 8:30pm!) to troubleshoot! Long story short, it had nothing to do with the workmanship or the parts, it was a faulty connection on our RV, but Moe went above and beyond to help my hubby figure it out and he had no obligation to do so. These guys are amazing! I work in commercial real estate management and deal with contractors on a a daily basis, and these guys are top quality... The reviews don't lie! That's how I found them and they exceeded our expectations. Our electric hot water heater kept popping the breaker, so I had the company who installed it come out and check it. I was told that the equipment was working properly but if the breaker pops again call an electrician. The breaker popped again by that afternoon, so I called Dadz Elec. This is our first experience with working with them and not a large issue but wow what a great company. They set an appointment for us the next day and Matt showed up on time with a great smile ready to go to work. He first rechecked the hot water heater just to be 100% sure that was not the problem and then went for the breaker box. He changed the breakers then showed me why it had not been stable. He made it easy to understand and see where the problem had been. Matt also took the time to answer several questions I had about items in the house. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that and what a relief it was to be able to count on that kind of professional help. Just had some work done in my 1922 home. The electricity had been upgraded in 2002 but apparently not *everything* was upgraded. I still had old knob and tube wiring hiding in plugs, large outlet boxes attached to the wall, whole walls with no outlets at all leaving me no way to plug in lamps, kitchen appliances, and more. And a faulty plug had already fried my cable modem in the days before. In one day (less actually) they removed all the old wiring, changed out outdated and broken plugs, installed new outlets and circuits, and even discovered why an old light fixture hadn't worked in 7 years (according to the previous owner). They installed networking panels and ran the cat6 where I needed letting me rearrange my livingroom to something much better than before. No more would my couch be in an awkward spot or would I be forced to cover a window with the TV just to be near an outlet. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend! I had Matthew and Mo referred to me by a friend. They came in on a Sunday after calling them just a few days before to have a look at the house. I needed about 10 outlets that needed to be replaced and 4 light switches. After doing the assessment they came two days later to replace everything. They were super professional and were very conscious of the fact that I just had my walls redone and repainted and took good care to not mess them up. Before they got started they gave me a good idea of what my options were, the positives and negatives and a good idea of cost. The cost seemed like a good value (I've never had any electrical work done so it's hard to be sure) but it seemed very fair. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Matt and Mo. I had a major "situation" on my hands with some work that was done a while ago (NOT by Dadz Electric) which needed to be corrected in order to get up to code and be signed off on by the inspector. Matt and Mo handled EVERYTHING. They gave a quote, the scheduled the work, they pulled the permits, they communicated w/ the inspector, and everything went according to plan. I now have a sticker on my panel put there by the inspector this morning, signing off on the work as awell as a copy of the electrical permit that I needed. Got an outlet set up for my Tesla. I asked 5 to 6 other places for quotes to get a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed in my garage and all were very busy. They took awhile to get back to me if at all and were very highly priced. Dadz was very responsive and very well priced. They were busy like all the other companies but electrician Mo made time after his shift to quickly install my outlet with no hassle just in time before I get my car. My hallway lighting as well as several wall outlets suddenly stopped working. I used my limited knowledge to troubleshoot what I could with no luck. That's when I called Dadz Electric. Mo came out and was able to trace the issue back to an outlet with bad wiring. He fixed the issue and also replaced two wall switches that were about to fail as well.
