He also asked me to come in and he would help me with my problem with the website downloading the videos, it turned out to be a problem from servers, not my computer. They did set up the email addresses, and ALL my emails immediately went into my recipients' spam folders. My whole job is sending email (I'm a literary agent), so this was absolutely devastating for my business. Tech Masters spent three weeks supposedly trying to fix this problem, during which time I experienced work stress like no other--I could not communicate with my clients. Eventually, Tech Masters stopped replying to my emails and phone calls, leaving me in a terrible lurch (despite the fact I pre-paid for 5 hours of their time). In the end, with help from a friend who is a software engineer, I solved the problem myself, but it took HOURS of my own time...which is exactly why I hired an IT company in the first place...so that I wouldn't have to figure out DKIM authentication and other gobbledygook tech stuff myself. If you want knowledgeable, reliable IT help, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

We took it to a reputable computer repair business in Seattle today and they told us that part of the motherboard is broken off, there's a bad soldering job, and several screws are missing.
