A couple of days ago I was having trouble downloading videos and figured since it had been 3 years since they helped me with my laptop that was giving me problems, that the computer was running too slow. Andrew said he would look at it. He called me today and said the computer was fine. He also asked me to come in and he would help me with my problem with the website downloading the videos, it turned out to be a problem from servers, not my computer. So he helped me with a download issue as well as looking at the computer and did not charge me at all. What an honest owner and company. So basically it was a very expensive paperweight. I took it to the geek squad and was told it would be at least a week to reset. While geek squad would charge you 100 bucks to even get within 100 yards of the laptop, these guys will help ya out and if it's easy and quick it's always been free to me. My dad recently passed away and he had old files stored on a device that I wanted access to and only after a couple of days these guys had all the files burnt onto 15 neatly stacked and labeled DVD's ready for me to explore. If you're in the central Tacoma neighborhood along 6th, don't go anywhere else, this guy and the others who work here will take care of you.

Most recently, I lost the USB dongle to my keyboard and they replaced it for me without me having to buy a whole new keyboard... Then, I picked up a WebCam from them because the quality of my laptop camera was terrible for meetings... The first one I brought back to my office wouldn't connect at all to my laptop for some reason, though when they tested it at the store it was fine. They still let me swap it out, and the second one was completely glitchy and was throwing wild colors all over my computer screen so I took that one back (and showed them a video of what it was doing on my screen) and they let me swap it out again with no hesitation... Third time was a charm and now I have a great 1080p WebCam for $20! They also have 720p for $10. They have awesome computer equipment, both new and used! It all comes with a 30-day warranty, so no need to hesitate about buying used. I'll keep coming back and will bring my electronics to be recycled here, in addition to purchasing from them to keep stuff out of landfills!

I trust him; he is very knowledgeable. I have remote in-service, where I can call in. If he is available during my call, Brian will remote into my computer with my permission.
