A couple of days ago I was having trouble downloading videos and figured since it had been 3 years since they helped me with my laptop that was giving me problems, that the computer was running too slow. Andrew said he would look at it. He called me today and said the computer was fine. He also asked me to come in and he would help me with my problem with the website downloading the videos, it turned out to be a problem from servers, not my computer. So he helped me with a download issue as well as looking at the computer and did not charge me at all. What an honest owner and company. I appreciated the clarity in some things and he was actually interested in taking a look at it and trying different ways to resolve.
