I went with the 0 downtime option while I warranty claim the faulty part (NVME drive went bad but it has 4 years left on warranty). They're literally on the same wall - how long is the cord they bring? 3 feet? And then they charge extra for the service that I already chose/paid for. A plate is like $2. Another vent - I was home alone and there was no way this one guy could lift a TV and mount/dismount it. I had to use all of my *one* muscle and hold it while he worked on the wall.
