Booked Hello Tech online to come mount a 65" TV for me. I wanted to get rid of my TV stand and just…read morehave it on the wall. It was expensive, but I paid for the convenience and ease of booking. Their rep came out. He was courteous and although a little jittery, knew what he was doing (hence the 2 stars/the job *did* get done). However I ended up paying $90 extra for - I'm not sure what? ..He said he didn't have a long enough cord to connect behind the wall, but my outlets aren't that far away? They're literally on the same wall - how long is the cord they bring? 3 feet? And then they charge extra for the service that I already chose/paid for. A plate is like $2. Another vent - I was home alone and there was no way this one guy could lift a TV and mount/dismount it. I had to use all of my *one* muscle and hold it while he worked on the wall. I literally broke a sweat. I mean... what if I had been clumsy and dropped it? What if I was pregnant and couldn't risk it? Shouldn't they send 2 guys out? Otherwise why not pay ME a portion of that job? I tried to email and get the $90 portion refunded, but nope. That's bad customer service.
