They seemed limited by the systems and policies they had to work within. The process itself was incredibly frustrating. I received conflicting information from multiple representatives, was told my surround sound system and wall mount couldn't be canceled, yet I was able to submit a cancellation request myself through the app. I was also directed to replacement inventory that turned out to be located in Iowa and Minnesota rather than anywhere near me. Inventory mistakes happen. What left a bad impression was the lack of a practical solution after the purchase had already been completed. From a customer perspective, it felt like I was being pushed away from the deal I had legitimately purchased and toward paying significantly more for the same TV. I was prepared to spend several thousand dollars at Best Buy, but after this experience I chose to take my business elsewhere.
