    Customer service has been great. The workers are friendly. Store is clean. This the location I would go to pickup T-Mobile Tuesday thank you gifts when offered. Thank you T-Mobile. I love some of the perks such as 4 FREE WiFi and streaming per month while flying with the airlines. This has been amazing! I take advantage of this savings monthly. Also offered is FREE Triple A roadside service and much more. International calls offered at additional cost. I pay a decent bill approximately $60 monthly which includes my phone. I am happy with T-Mobile so far.

    Sorry I had to write a second one. Came in today to help my sister get a new phone. The dude who made THIS particular visit stellar was JD. JD immediately greeted us kindly upon entering the store, and once we were up in line, he took his time to make my sister feel comfortable with what she was doing, explained everything clearly, and engaged us in a way where the stuff he was doing that can take a bit of time seemed to FLY BY. He had so much to do to activate the phone, ring us up, and find stuff, but the whole time he was engaging and cool. Just like I recommended dealing with Weylin, I would DEFINITELY recommend doing business with JD. Thanks for the great service. Once again this was a huge step up from how Sprint used to treat us

    Rude workers they didn't help me they just told me to call the T-Mobile network when I was tryna switch my line from one to another

Specifically asked for insurance as we always have on all our phones for our business account.  Nav failed to get insurance and I neglected to read over paperwork as we talked about it in detail.  About 15 days after getting new phone I lost it out of my purse while riding a motorcycle.  Went online to file claim and was denied stating I was not covered.  Went into store spoke to same employee who helped me first, and that is when we found out he failed to get insurance coverage.  Nav then told me I was able to call 611 and add it because I had the phone under the 30 day policy so I did.  Nav told me I could go online and file right away after calling in and adding Insurance BUT then I found out I had to wait 30 days before I could file a claim, which I did only to find out the insurance was STILL NOT added when I went to file claim for a second time.....went into store again, spoke to same guy, he spoke to his manager and then told me they finally got it figured out and the insurance has been added.  Waited another month and today I go to file claim and STILL NOT covered.   I am writing this in frustration yes but I have been more than patient at this point and if you should go to this store I would highly suggest making sure you check for insurance coverage if you ask for it so you don't go through this nightmare that still has yet to be resolved.

When I got there, the gentleman that helped me had a hard time understanding or explaining with broken English but we were communicating what I thought was ok. I thought we were on the same page and he understood what I was asking for but apparently, I paid $80 for him to restore the phone which I told him I had already done and now I'm out $80 plus a broken phone and he wants me to pay more to actually have done what I requested to begin with. He literally did nothing to fix it and I think if I had the owner he would have troublshooted before just charging someone and not actually fixing it. Just be weary and REALLLLLLY make sure you understand what they are saying. I thought for sure I knew what he was saying But apparently, I don't understand phone lingo. We are a part of the government shut down and I was just trying to get my daughter's phone fixed for her but really don't even have $80 to be doing that! I'm pretty devastated and downright frustrated with the money grab. I had saved the $80 to get this done and now don't have a bunch more to get done what we actually wanted!

When I arrived at the kiosk, the guy told me $170. I said "really?" And he said "yes, they're expensive." Told him I was quoted $150 and he said "oh okay sure no problem." Took about an hour which is exactly what he quoted. That wasn't bad, although when I called they told me 30-45 minutes. All good there, no big deal. I picked up my phone and there was a noticeable scratch on the backing. I pointed it out to him and he said "it's okay!! Next time you break it, come back and I'll help you" what?? Next time I break it? lol. I asked him if he'll go down to $140 since it's scratched and he said no. After tax I paid $165. Wouldn't be irritated with the price if it were really good quality. The MagSafe doesn't even work anymore and I can no longer use any MagSafe mounts on my phone. Good thing I'm upgrading soon, but I wish I didn't bother replacing the back. Overall -- quality isn't the best and the customer service experience was below par. I'd recommend you pay a little more to get it done right by someone who will treat you like a valued customer.

I had some software and hardware issues with my iPhone 15 Pro not only did my screen turn completely white. I was told by the Apple Store that my phone sustained water damage, they couldn't fix it and that I had to purchase a new phone. They were wrong. After leaving the store, I noticed the kiosk at IRepair Xpert. I decided to see if there was any chance to bring my phone back to life and I'm so glad I found them. The owner Moni, said he was able to fix my phone and would have it done within 45 minutes. What I was extremely impressed with was that he took the time to show us all of the components and tell us exactly what was wrong with my phone. During the diagnostic, we saw what was wrong and he showed us what was being fixed. The knowledge and skill that he presented was just absolutely amazing, I couldn't believe he was able to fix my phone in only 20 minutes and a huge corporation like Apple couldn't repair my phone! His team was such a pleasure to work with and their professional and care they provided was incredible. It seems like there isn't anything they can't fix, they deserve my highest recommendation!
