Malik was a wonderful representative of Verizon Graham, Washington! We have been customers of Verizon, in Washington State, for a couple decades now. I would say 97% of that time we have had great service, both Customer and Cellular. Malik educated us that we had lots of upgrade credit/opportunities. We upgraded our monthly plan, contracted a new phone, and texted my daughter she also could upgrade. Im going threw a same situation with this store in Graham with one employee, / martin??/ ( wouldn't provide a card) tall dark bilingual (Spanish) speaking but excellent English actually raised his voice and called me a liar when I was explaining why I need this phone returned and how all this could of been avoided had he been upfront and honest about what i was buying in the first place. according to him when asked what's the difference between i-phone 16 and i-phone 16 pro , his answer will be nothing phones are basically the something, one just cost more. That was a lie well except the cost, He could not explain to me the differences in any detail, and according to the owner that's not his responsibly. Fact is they didn't have an iPhone pro 256 gb available so pushed the 16 256 on me just to make the sale. after taking the 16 home I went on-line and learned the facts about the differences . i 16 pro has better battery better processing chip better camera bigger mega pixels better zoom . been trying to return this phone under the 30 day policy but haven't had any luck and according to the owner (Mr. I have 5 stores) if i leave this phone, I'm trying to return within the 30days on the counter, " your abandoning your phone. 14 years with Verizon and never have I been so disrespected and lied to like some shady car salesman. We spent $2500 on brand new i phones and watches 2 days ago. We are having a problem with one of the phones not holding a charge, and battery getting hot, we went through Verizon customer support like your store employee instructed us to do. Verizon diagnosed the phone and said the battery was acting up, and said that it doesn't matter because on top of that we have a 30 day return policy/exchange and not to worry just do that if they don't want to replace it. The store employee (his name is Maleek) was very very rude, acted like we where trying to rip him off, and made us leave and return 3 different times, wouldn't let us use their landline phone to contact customer (I couldn't use mine cuz they had to do the diagnostic test) He was trying to make us pay a restocking fee, stating they were gonna re sell the damaged phone they sold us because he does not believe anything is wrong with it. All we wanted is the phone swapped out for a new one, like we paid so much money for. I cannot believe you guys allow your employees to represent TCC this way. I will never return. This was the Graham, Wa location and the employees name was Maleek Update after 4 hours of dealing with Maleek we ended up just going to south hill mall Verizon, bought a new phone and they took the new (but damaged) phone in a trade. Bought a new phone and wanted some extras for it and some help with understanding how to use it. Waited 20 minutes just to be able to begin talking to male representative who told me to go to Best Buy since they didn't sell me the phone and they are a TCC store and don't have to help. If you're looking for a good phone plan and phone then this Verizon is where you need to go! I wish I could give more stars for the stellar service provided by Tony to me and my son! He really went out of his way for us from helping me pick out my phone, to going to another store to get the color I wanted, to ordering me a different phone and finally switching our numbers from our old provider. My son is through the roof with his iPhone XS Max and im in love with my Note 10 Plus! The patience and knowledge of all things cellular is second to none and I saw him provide this same service to every single person who walked through the door. Go to Graham and let Tony help you out! This is not a Verizon store, but a Verizon "retailer". Pay attention to the paperwork before you sign anything. I got suckered into paying a $79.99 fee for a "PP Membership" I neither asked for or was told I was going to be charged. As a member of this exclusive club, I supposedly receive discounts on future purchases which, of course, there won't be as I'll never patronize this or any other TCC establishment. This store is a rip off. I went in there 7 weeks ago and but a screen cover for my Samsung S 6. I paid $30 for it and was told I could come in at any time and get a new one put on for $5. They said they would have it in stock and would put it on themselves. I went in today, they told me I had to order it, have it delivered to my house, bring it in and pay them the $5 to put it on. This is not what they told me initially. I was deceived, my advice to all you good people out there is to go to a reputable Verizon store and have them do what they say they're going to do because they can be held accountable. The stored lied to me, rip me off, and pissed me off.
