Brandon is no longer with the company, and the new technician who came out not only attempted to overcharge us but also expected us to help with the work. But for the convenience of home service I feel it was worth the price, and it doesn't seem too far off from what drop-off shredding locations charge anyways. Was able to schedule the same week which was a bonus. Their truck shreds in front of you (not just document pickup and off-site shredding) if that matters for your application. Always happy to support a local business instead of one of the big national waste conglomerates.

I chose to have them come to my home and was pleasantly surprised that they could come within the hour! The gentleman arrived within the hour, loaded my shredding and showed me video of my items being shredded in real time - this was such a relief as I never know when I drop my shredding off at other places - I never knew if the documents were truly shredded.
