At first sight, they won't exactly WOW you, but you really shouldn't judge a book by its cover in this case. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. They will answer any of your questions. And they are highly competitive in the prices they pay for the various metals they accept. They also provide other services like disposing of appliances with Freon for you at very low costs to you. Plus honestly it feels more rewarding to be a tiny part of the success of a small business by being a customer. Where as at the larger competitor business, you are just an invisible cog in the machine. Easily dispensable, worthless. But at Valley you are treated the way you should be as their customer.
