We used the yelp app to get three quotes, Luis from 24/Seven was the most responsive and thoughtful (I took a bit to get back since our kids are emotionally tied to the playset we are having removed). They arrived first thing this morning (I had asked for an early slot)--they were extremely polite and professional. They managed to get the job completed so quickly--the staff of two was done within 30 minutes. In terms of bid just a bit shocked at how on point of a timing estimate they were able to make based on the picture. One person came back and said he'll provide an estimate once coming to do the job, Busby quoted 40% higher then their quote and JMJ Junk Removal was about four times higher than their quote (the person who contacted me conceded he could try to come closer but would need to see to assess). FANTASTIC SERVICE! Luis and his teammate were amazing! Luis was so kind and compassionate, super responsive, and totally accommodating when our clean-out project unexpectedly increased in size and we needed a full dump truck worth of space. He was able to give us quick and very fair quotes, had very flexible scheduling, and moved everything out so fast! Some of our things were located in the garage and others were up a flight of stairs on the main level of the house. That was no problem for them, and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently they moved. I also really appreciate the fact that they donated or recycled as much of our junk as possible, especially since most of it was still in great shape. This was a big plus for us since we're downsizing to move to a smaller house but didn't have time to run to donation drop-offs. They even take hazardous waste and electronics! They went out of their way to come early the next day to pick up additional firewood they could not take on the original appointment.
