This company was AMAZING to work with, for multiple reasons: 1. They responded super quickly to my inquiry and were able to promptly set up and confirm a time which perfectly accommodated my requested schedule. 2. I had called them with pretty short notice, and they were still able to accommodate me! Also, the date we wanted was on a SUNDAY. Almost every single local junk removal company is closed on Sunday! And the national franchises (which I shall not name) are like twice as expensive as the locally-owned businesses. 3. We were in the process of moving out of a house before remodeling, and needed the junk removal to be done on one specific day. I told them I thought it would be about one truckload and asked if we could start in the late afternoon. They suggested that we start earlier "just in case" there were more truckloads, or offered to finish the next day. I told them that we had to finish the day-of because we were starting construction the next day, so they gently suggested an earlier start time. And guess what? There ended up being like 3-4 truckloads and it took around 5 hours. If they hadn't suggested we move up the start time, it would have seriously compromised our construction schedule. I'm so glad that they didn't just go ahead with my initial request, but put some thought - based on their experience and expertise - into what I explained we needed. 4. They were efficient and thorough, and did exactly what we hoped for - leaving the house completely empty! We did a walkthrough with our general contractor the next day (who had seen our house before and after the removal) and she was very impressed. 5. This was not a small project - it was 30 years of stuff accumulated in a big house. I can't imagine all the stuff they encountered. And now I don't have to :-) 6. A few days later, we had a question about the billing and they responded SO quickly and 100% resolved the issue super, super quickly and provided amazing and courteous customer service. Today we got two haulers during this hellish heatwave to remove some extra furniture from our last move. We were given a one hour time range for their arrival. They arrived at the end of this window. However, they did call ahead to ask us if that was ok. Price wise they were solidly in the middle of quotes granted (for disposal of one sideboard, 60inch tv & 4 dining room chairs @ $169+3%credit card processing fee) but, as one can see they have positive reviews.
