Yosif got right back to me with information about pricing and answered my(many) questions about how they charge and what they can take. I especially appreciated their covid precautions(masks, plus they disinfected their tablet before I used it). Yosif and Kyle showed up early, and got right to work. You could tell they were experienced, I knew they were professional from how they carried things out of my house to the way they communicated with eachother. Even though they were taking an old couch, mattress, and box spring out they were still careful not to damage my walls or floor. I had a mattress that needed to be removed and went with Easy Junk Removal because they had the lowest price out there. I've never used a junk removal service and didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised they had same-day availability on a Saturday. I received a courtesy call from Yosif to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, I was greeted warmly by two masked gentlemen. It was a relief to see them taking COVID seriously. The 2 young men - Yosif & Quincy are a TERRIFIC hire! They moved very attentively and rapidly, through the hone, staircase, entry. They were very mindful of the walls, height, space, other pieces of furniture, proximities! Yosif answered my call within 10 minutes, with a reasonable quote. He asked the correct questions: how soon do you need to rid of, how many pieces - a bit of description, how many floors, all pertinent for an approximate quote. I couldn't say enough good things. They were able to do more work in a couple hours than I could've done myself in weeks. My family had an emergency the day before our service and I wasn't able to rake up any of our yard waste or finish demolishing the deck, but these guys showed up and went above and beyond anything I could have expected. We're putting our house on the market this week and now the yard looks great. It was such a dump before. They rock. I needed my old mattress and some old armchairs out of my storage room and didn't want to drive to the dump a billion times. So I piles everything in my driveway (along with some large cardboard boxes that had been taking up space in my living room during covid) and they came by and hauled it all away in less than 15 min. Easy Junk Removal had the best quote, but they were also the most reasonable when I asked "what if I misjudged the size of removal?". When I contacted them to get a quote, they responded almost immediately and were able to come out the next day. They called ahead and showed up right on time. They had to move the couch through a narrow doorway and they were careful to ensure that they didn't hit the framework. I had them remove an old recliner for my Mom. I had to reschedule the removal as the delivery date for the new one got changed because of snow. They were very accommodating and even showed up a bit early on the day of (gave me a call first to make sure it was ok) and the timing was perfect to get rid of her old chair and get the new one in. Easy is right. Friendly too. Easy to schedule and arrived in the timeframe expected with a phone call and/or text with a specific time.
