The trailer dropoff was prompt, they answered all my questions on the spot and made sure I was good to go. After we had filled it, I wasn't even awake for the pickup itself. They were that quick and unintrusive. As far as the trailer itself, it was perfect for my residential needs. Sturdy, stable block-stops even on an inclined driveway, and held all the furniture and junk we were getting rid of. This service could get by for construction sites, but I think where they'll really shine are any contractors working at residential/homes, office sites, or real estate companies looking for estate cleanup disposals. 10/10. If I didn't clean everything this time, I'd definitely use them again in the future. I think quite literally the only room for improvement would be some measure of ramp for the trailer, and it really wasn't that big of a deal for our purposes.

Pros: -answered phone promptly and made an appointment easily -the person was polite and friendly Cons: -dumpster was wooden, not metal -delicate enough that you couldn't walk up the thin wooden ramp to load it up, neither could you lift yourself up on the side to see how full it was -contract says pickup is 9am. I called and they said it would be in the afternoon. After they didn't show up, I called and was told they'd be pretty late. Our entire Saturday was gone waiting for them. They were apologetic though.

I recently rented a 40-yard dumpster to clear out my parents' house after my father passed away. After 50 years of accumulation, I had no idea how many dumpsters I would need or how quickly the contractors would fill them. Although I took a best guess, the first dumpster was filled much faster than anticipated. Elena and the team found a way to accommodate my last-minute request immediately without taking advantage of my situation. Their service truly restored my faith in humanity. I cannot say enough about Elena, the office staff, and the drivers. If you are looking to rent a dumpster, look no further; their pricing is the best around, they are transparent with fees, and they are simply great people. I felt so grateful to work with this company while navigating the many other arrangements required after my father's passing. It may sound strange, but I actually looked forward to speaking with the office staff during such a difficult time. I felt so much gratitude that I have DoorDashed donuts to your office as a thank you. I hope these words and the treat express a fraction of my appreciation for your hard work and kindness. Thank you, NW Dumpster Team!

First time the lady on the phone gave me an estimate based what I told her then I added more stuff to the pile after I talked to her so when the driver came, he did tell me the cost would be more, he called the office to confirm, gave me the price, I confirmed then he started putting stuff in the dumpster so it was super clear, they charged me the exact amount that I confirmed. Second time, I took a picture, sent to them, they gave me an estimate, the driver came, gave me the same amount of cost, super clear I first went with them because when I was trying to find a junk removal company, many places would require an appointment for an estimate then you make a second appointment for the pick up, I find that too much hassle and takes too long then I found this place when they were able to give me an estimate over the phone or email (They responded to my email in 10 minutes) and able to come last minute. Both times they were able to come on the date I requested, also gave me a 2 hour window so super helpful, the drivers were super nice and they picked everything up within 30 minutes I really have no complaints with them and would definitely recommend them!
