The trailer dropoff was prompt, they answered all my questions on the spot and made sure I was good to go. After we had filled it, I wasn't even awake for the pickup itself. They were that quick and unintrusive. As far as the trailer itself, it was perfect for my residential needs. Sturdy, stable block-stops even on an inclined driveway, and held all the furniture and junk we were getting rid of. This service could get by for construction sites, but I think where they'll really shine are any contractors working at residential/homes, office sites, or real estate companies looking for estate cleanup disposals. 10/10. If I didn't clean everything this time, I'd definitely use them again in the future. First time the lady on the phone gave me an estimate based what I told her then I added more stuff to the pile after I talked to her so when the driver came, he did tell me the cost would be more, he called the office to confirm, gave me the price, I confirmed then he started putting stuff in the dumpster so it was super clear, they charged me the exact amount that I confirmed. Second time, I took a picture, sent to them, they gave me an estimate, the driver came, gave me the same amount of cost, super clear I first went with them because when I was trying to find a junk removal company, many places would require an appointment for an estimate then you make a second appointment for the pick up, I find that too much hassle and takes too long then I found this place when they were able to give me an estimate over the phone or email (They responded to my email in 10 minutes) and able to come last minute. Both times they were able to come on the date I requested, also gave me a 2 hour window so super helpful, the drivers were super nice and they picked everything up within 30 minutes I really have no complaints with them and would definitely recommend them!

Labor & Industries shows a company by the name of Michael Lee Ritter, UBI # 601-231-403, Michael Ritter as the governing person, to have an inactive license. Another partner, Jesper blamed the accident on the roofing company, because the dumpster was supposedly too heavy. Not our problem, and a detail that certainly was foreseeable and avoidable. I will never do business with this company again.
