Quality was above and beyond expected that I had to leave an AWESOME review for others to be aware. (1) QUALITY, on top of the heavy loads, they did extra things I did not ask for and thought it was above and beyond, thank you. (2) Reliability: I was referred to these guys b/c THEY SHOW UP, as promised. (3) Pricing: fair! quote was fair, but most importantly, reachable/obtainable. I did get hit with a few extra fee's for hazardous materials but honestly, I did NOT know how to dispose of them (paint, oil, battery) so i don't mind the extra $30... They said the truck coming would be 16 ft. That would determine the size of the load. It seems that truck got a flat tire. What they arrived with was a 12 foot trailer. I wasn't able to get the quote until they loaded everything into the trailer. By then they said it was a 3/4 load and I got charged $385. That price is outrageous. They carried everything out quickly and left the place clean, but I am a senior on a fixed income and that price really hurt. Had I known it would be considered 3/4 load, and at that price I would not have hired them. read more
