They were affordable, knowledgeable, and very willing to work with my needs and my budget. They were able to obtain the permits that were needed which is an important and valuable service. They also took care of the structural engineering that was needed to make sure that we had sufficient support for the deck. Their showroom is very helpful. There are samples and some mockups of decks, railings, lighting, etc. There are lots of options and the staff was great about explaining the options but not pressure-upselling. I felt comfortable choosing the materials and extras with their help. After the project was finished, there was one support post that didn't look finished to me when I looked at it from our dining room window. All Decks was great about coming out. After seeing and understanding what I wanted to upgrade, they were able to install a matching trim piece that made the post look complete. The deck has been installed now since Oct 2024. It still looks great and I couldn't be happier.

This was back in June 2025, we are currently in the heart of winter and have had some serious rainy days and EVERYTHING's been GREAT, NO LEAKS, NO ISSUES! Fast forward to February 2026, I was so impressed by their service and workmanship I called them when the roof at my own house started to leak. (The leak was NOT because of age but the shotty workmanship from our builder Connor Homes.) I spoke to Chris again and he set me up with Peter. These guys arrived when they said they would, were ready to go with the right gear and materials, they were super cool and patient with my 3yo who's very interested in everything construction and had a bunch of questions. Their work product is fantastic, Antonio and Lorenzo are both very detail oriented and keep a clean site. I've used 3 Brothers on 2 separate jobs and now this repair makes a 3rd successful project... He texted me pictures of fence options so I could discuss with our neighbors. We scheduled a meeting the next day. I was not aware that the meeting would be virtual, so I think that could have been made clearer initially. The video call went as well as it could for being virtual. He asked relevant questions and showed us his software design program that asks about design styles. He told us someone would come out in person a few days before the work to verify everything could be done as discussed and process a change order if anything had to be adjusted. Hector was extremely communicative and friendly! Ultimately we decided to go with another company to build the fence because they had come out in person and quoted much cheaper but I still feel like Ergeon would have done a good job.
