Guys! This is the way! I was a little bit worried when Ergeon contacted me for my quote request on Yelp as it's not a local company but from California. Usually you would think it means higher price tag and a longer chain between the people who you talk with and the people who show up to the site. However, the first thing that impressed me is their super smooth high tech quoting process. Hector setup a video meeting on my phone, we went through the project using camera. Hector shared his screen with me, showed me all these options from the fancy web UI, we selected what we want from dropdown, then the quote was just ready. Fully transparent and super efficient. After I accepted the quote, David contacted me for all the details and the process was quite flexible. Basically I don't need to do anything from our side but just to confirm the date. Jose always shows up on time. And today he and another coworker worked whole day and finished it beautifully. I was told by other company that it might need two days. But now I have brand new sections in just one day. The details are all good. The material is quality and the craftsmanship you can tell. When the founder of Ergeon said her company has a NPS of 72 I thought it's bluffing but now you can tell that I'm totally buying it. read more

Sadly I need to do an update to this review. We had noticed that one of the boards had popped loose and I contacted them right away. I sent two emails and a text, along with pictures. Apparently the communication is only good until they have your money. After waiting for a month, I sent another email and finally got a response. Basically saying that a warped board was not covered under warranty. The board had only one nail applied at the bottom, which is probably why it popped loose. In the time it took for them to actually reply to me, I'm sure encouraged the warping. Could we fix it ourselves? Yes, and we did screw it down realizing we weren't going to get any help. However, I had also asked for them to have someone come out to verify non of the other boards might pop loose. That concern wasn't addressed, nor any offer made. read more

When Ergeon said the fence would be demoed and built complete in 1 day I was skeptical. I assumed they would show up at 7am and still be working at 7pm, while they had an hour window between 8-9am start time I again assumed they'd show up early and stay late to try to beat the clock. They showed up around 8:40 surprising me but got right to work and didn't stop until it was done. By 5pm I had a completed and well-made cedar fence. I have another fence on opposite side of property that needs replacing, and I will definitely be hiring them again for my future fencing needs. I got quotes from other fencing companies and they were asking me about the square footage of my lot, which is completely understandable. Meanwhile, Ale asked for my address during our first contact via text and she already had an aerial view of my home - complete with dimensions of my lot - when we had a video conference later that day. Ale was extremely personable and professional. She even helped me fill out part of the application needed to submit to my HOA.
