Navid and team did a real great job with our backyard fence replacement that we share with a neighbor as well as my neighbors houses. Navid is very courteous and calm mannered. During walkthrough and getting quote he made sure to get all the details correct before providing us a quote and even said if we change our mind on stuff later to let him know and they could probably accommodate. He responded to both calls and texts quickly and answered all the questions I had. The team took a couple days to do our whole row of houses and it was done pretty efficiently in my opinion. Working with Navid and his team was one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Very professional, very skilled, it was a great experience from the initial bid/estimate to completion of work. We had some stairs on a deck which had water and carpenter ant damage. Turns out, some of the wood in the deck was "indoor" wood and failed. They took apart the stairs, removed and replaced the bad/damaged wood, and rebuilt and painted where needed. they finished the job quicker than the original estimate. We were very impressed with their quality and how great they were to work with. read more

Great Experience Working With Farshad! Someone crashed into my fence, taking out an entire panel and damaging the gate. I was referred to Premium Wood Build, and I'm so glad I reached out. Farshad came out the same day to assess the damage and provided a very competitive estimate. He was extremely easy to work with, and it was clear from the start that quality workmanship and customer satisfaction were a top priority. Great initial consultation for removal of a very old section of fence and install of new fence - prompt and professional, came in right around the price of other quotes. Ultimately decided to go with Navid and I'm so glad we did! They made quick work of the removal and install. We went with a horizontal fence and gate. The team checked in a few times to make sure we were comfortable with all decisions (height, spacing, etc) which we really appreciated. The craftsmanship was impressive. They cleaned up all debris. We received multiple quotes from various larger fencing companies and most were a month out on even coming by to give an estimate and two more months out from there on actually completing the work. Navid was quickly able to come by and offer an estimate and able to commit to starting our fence project very quickly. Pricing was in line with other estimates, but I appreciated that Navid did both the estimate and the work which made me feel like I got exactly the fence how I specified wanting. Everyone was prompt, quick, kind and professional. Our front yard fence took a total of 3 full days of work done by Navid and two other workers. Very happy with how our fence turned out and excited to get a lovely space to finally start gardening. read more

Navid did a consultation on Monday and was here on Tuesday to fix a corner post holding up a lean-to roof on the side of our house. Our gate was attached to this same post and was sagging horribly. The post was rotted at the bottom and if it failed our gate and the lean-to roof would have been damaged. After assessment he felt it was necessary to get to it as soon as possible and he did a fantastic job! He salvaged our gate and replaced the post with new brackets and put the gate back with new hinges - he came prepared for the job and was friendly and professional the whole way through. He also, very Kindly, trimmed our Ivy back and cleaned the area so well. Navid is a kind, professional and skilled craftsman - it was a pleasure to work with him and if we need anything else pertaining to his specialty he will be the first person we call 10 out of 10!!! read more

I don't know about the future quality but currently I love it , he's fast, he was responsive , and so polite. He provide a reasonable estimation and will able to finished my fence in just two days" becuase it's was raining and snowy". Nothing more I can say than these guys did a killer job on fencing our backyard. Not only did they provide an onsite quote same day (which no other local provider could do), but their pricing was incredibly reasonable while using quality material. I was able to obtain a quote Thursday and they started work Monday and were finished in no time! We also decided mid way through the job to change things up and go with a different fence design. Not only were they understanding but wasted no time procuring new materials and still completed the job in the estimated time. The team showed up on time and gave me a competitive quote on our fencing project. What I loved about them is they actually pointed out some of the issues and things that were overlooked by 2 other companies. They are quite busy right now so we waited 2 months before they can begin work. The wait if well worth it because they just completed our fences, with 1 small gate and 1 double gate. They even helped fixed some issues on our existing fences. The finished work is beautiful, met all our criteria and stayed on schedule -weather permitting and other unforeseeable circumstances. Really happy with the cedar horizontal fence/gates we recently had installed. The fence looks great, they made sure everything was aligned and followed our specific requests. I also really like the locking fixtures + hardware they installed. They were nicer than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend. They were quick to respond via email with any questions I had before the install. Only issue would be there was no BOM or detailed invoice. Just a quoted number in email. Navid and Farshad came out and helped us a full replacement of our backyard fence (3 walls and 2 fences), including demolition and removal. They were punctual, very transparent about the process, and overall a pleasure to work with. They got the work done quickly and we're really pleased with how everything turned out. It's an easy recommendation for me. One other reviewer noted that their quote was delivered in the form of a single number written on the back of a business card and wished it was more formal; I had the same experience and the same wish. From day 1 Navid was very professional, punctual and had good communication throughout. I had a small fence section with a gate installed at my townhouse and they did a fantastic job. The workmanship of the…read morefinished deck exceeded our expectations, and every person we encountered was pleasant to work with. Our project was the installation of an 8' x 11' elevated attached deck. I had whittled my initial list of contractors down to six before choosing All Decks. Cost was competitive but was not the lowest bid. This was the third deck in this location. The previous two were wood. This time we chose to have a composite deck installed, to not have a stairway, and to have the area underneath the deck protected from rain. As this was an elevated deck, it was covered by municipal code requirements more stringent than when the previous two decks were built. We worked with Adam during our initial contact, and in designing the deck. We chose Dekorator planking, Trex handrails, and the Trex RainEscape system. We wanted to minimize supporting posts, as a competing bid would have used 6 posts, and we had seen decks on houses like ours that had 5 to 6 posts. All Decks was able to use only 2 posts by having larger-size (6"x6") posts and by attaching one side of the deck to our cantilevered 2nd floor. The All Decks showroom was extremely helpful in choosing materials and colors, and in evaluating the RainEscape system relative to alternative underdeck rain coverings. Kendall did thorough work when he visited to do the detailed yard survey required by code. The level of detail in the resulting documents was unexpected and illuminating. The three-man team led by Chris who put up the deck was professional and unobtrusive. A special challenge was attaching one side of the deck to our cantilevered 2nd floor as the current municipal code requires an exceptionally robust connection. Installing this connection required removing several plank-and-tongue grooves from under the overhang of the cantilevered 2nd floor, which is very difficult without causing damage. I was skeptical that it could be done and was pleasantly surprised to see the excellent appearance of the re-installed planking. (As expected, I repainted the reinstalled planks myself.) As for the steel-bar-reinforced concrete footings, Chris meticulously set their height so as to enable the potential future installation of a ground-level deck made from pavers. The gentleman who delivered and picked up materials and the portable toilet was discreet and careful. Crystle ensured smooth communications for scheduling, billing, etc. We are very satisfied with the All Decks team and their work.

They were affordable, knowledgeable, and very willing to work with my needs and my budget. They were able to obtain the permits that were needed which is an important and valuable service. They also took care of the structural engineering that was needed to make sure that we had sufficient support for the deck. Their showroom is very helpful. There are samples and some mockups of decks, railings, lighting, etc. There are lots of options and the staff was great about explaining the options but not pressure-upselling. I felt comfortable choosing the materials and extras with their help. After the project was finished, there was one support post that didn't look finished to me when I looked at it from our dining room window. All Decks was great about coming out. After seeing and understanding what I wanted to upgrade, they were able to install a matching trim piece that made the post look complete. The deck has been installed now since Oct 2024. It still looks great and I couldn't be happier.

He explained where it made sense to invest a little more and where we could cut back without sacrificing quality. No pushy sales pitch, no checkbox quoting -- just someone who clearly knows his craft and cares about doing the job right. I had done some research ahead of time and knew my existing deck had a structural quirk that would matter during the rebuild -- Andy was the only one of the three contractors who caught it. That made the decision easy. His quote wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but it was fair and came backed with great reviews and a clean WA contractor's license (which, shockingly, not all of them had). That sealed the deal for us. We ended up completely rebuilding two decks using TimberTech PVC -- a smaller 10'x10' one, and a 26'x12' deck that's 20 feet in the air with two staircases and a landing. The whole project took about 3.5 weeks from demo to final touches. Andy's CAD drawings were spot-on. When surprises came up (like discovering the house's floor joists ran in the opposite direction), Andy just handled it -- added a beam, footings, and posts without delay or extra cost. Same deal with a couple small punch list items at the end (a dinged downspout, some siding, trim details). No fuss, no runaround -- his crew just showed up and made it right. The build crew was great to work with -- friendly, respectful, and meticulous. They kept the site clean and were clearly proud of their work. You could see it in the precision of the cuts and the fact that everything was perfectly straight, square, and level. Even the more delicate custom cuts -- like a half rip-cut board to fit under the house -- were nailed with crazy accuracy making it look like the boards extend under the house. Bottom line -- I'd 100% recommend Andy and his team at Heilman to anyone in the Seattle/Eastside area. If I ever need more deck or fence work (though this deck will probably outlive me), I won't even bother getting other quotes. These guys are the real deal.

It is beautiful. They even noticed that the original staircase had a weird drop off from the interior floor and corrected that so there's now a seamless landing that is much safer and easier to use. The work Slavic and Alex did on this part of the build is as high quality as their siding work. - The work site was always SUPER tidy. Slavic and Alex took great care to clean up as they worked, paid attention to simple details like ensuring nails were picked up and that hose covers were back on (winter months), and they were very respectful of the driveway which I share with my neighbors. - Throughout the installation, Vitaliy kept me updated via text, phone calls, and site visits. I always knew where things stood and what degree of rot was uncovered (or not) at the end of a demolition day. The level and consistency of communication was outstanding. The workmanship of the…read morefinished deck exceeded our expectations, and every person we encountered was pleasant to work with. Our project was the installation of an 8' x 11' elevated attached deck. I had whittled my initial list of contractors down to six before choosing All Decks. Cost was competitive but was not the lowest bid. This was the third deck in this location. The previous two were wood. This time we chose to have a composite deck installed, to not have a stairway, and to have the area underneath the deck protected from rain. As this was an elevated deck, it was covered by municipal code requirements more stringent than when the previous two decks were built. We worked with Adam during our initial contact, and in designing the deck. We chose Dekorator planking, Trex handrails, and the Trex RainEscape system. We wanted to minimize supporting posts, as a competing bid would have used 6 posts, and we had seen decks on houses like ours that had 5 to 6 posts. All Decks was able to use only 2 posts by having larger-size (6"x6") posts and by attaching one side of the deck to our cantilevered 2nd floor. The All Decks showroom was extremely helpful in choosing materials and colors, and in evaluating the RainEscape system relative to alternative underdeck rain coverings. Kendall did thorough work when he visited to do the detailed yard survey required by code. The level of detail in the resulting documents was unexpected and illuminating. The three-man team led by Chris who put up the deck was professional and unobtrusive. A special challenge was attaching one side of the deck to our cantilevered 2nd floor as the current municipal code requires an exceptionally robust connection. Installing this connection required removing several plank-and-tongue grooves from under the overhang of the cantilevered 2nd floor, which is very difficult without causing damage. I was skeptical that it could be done and was pleasantly surprised to see the excellent appearance of the re-installed planking. (As expected, I repainted the reinstalled planks myself.) As for the steel-bar-reinforced concrete footings, Chris meticulously set their height so as to enable the potential future installation of a ground-level deck made from pavers. The gentleman who delivered and picked up materials and the portable toilet was discreet and careful. Crystle ensured smooth communications for scheduling, billing, etc. We are very satisfied with the All Decks team and their work.

They were affordable, knowledgeable, and very willing to work with my needs and my budget. They were able to obtain the permits that were needed which is an important and valuable service. They also took care of the structural engineering that was needed to make sure that we had sufficient support for the deck. Their showroom is very helpful. There are samples and some mockups of decks, railings, lighting, etc. There are lots of options and the staff was great about explaining the options but not pressure-upselling. I felt comfortable choosing the materials and extras with their help. After the project was finished, there was one support post that didn't look finished to me when I looked at it from our dining room window. All Decks was great about coming out. After seeing and understanding what I wanted to upgrade, they were able to install a matching trim piece that made the post look complete. The deck has been installed now since Oct 2024. It still looks great and I couldn't be happier.
