We had some stairs on a deck which had water and carpenter ant damage. Turns out, some of the wood in the deck was "indoor" wood and failed. They took apart the stairs, removed and replaced the bad/damaged wood, and rebuilt and painted where needed. they finished the job quicker than the original estimate. Navid did a consultation on Monday and was here on Tuesday to fix a corner post holding up a lean-to roof on the side of our house. Our gate was attached to this same post and was sagging horribly. The post was rotted at the bottom and if it failed our gate and the lean-to roof would have been damaged. After assessment he felt it was necessary to get to it as soon as possible and he did a fantastic job! He salvaged our gate and replaced the post with new brackets and put the gate back with new hinges - he came prepared for the job and was friendly and professional the whole way through. He also, very Kindly, trimmed our Ivy back and cleaned the area so well.
