They came give us a quote on irrigation system installation. We then signed the contract, and the installation is in three weeks. They do show up on the installation date, however, we are told the water pressure is too low ( 45 psi) to install the irrigation system. They then refused to install it. Well, they could let us know when they came the first time giving the quote. We just wasted three weeks. read more

We had them out last week to fix a retaining wall and run a new sewer line for us out to the street, and they were absolute pros. Aquilino, Brian, and Jason got us on their busy schedule quickly; provided a free estimate that was far more competitive than their competition; and their clean up of the job site left the place looking better than it was before the job. Probably the best thing I can tell you is that they are fast on their feet when hitting snags in the project. We had previously unknown ground water issues that were affecting the retaining wall job. They were quick to fix the groundwater issue, creating a new path for it to drain and continue their work. That comes with years of experience and competence. We had a small-ish project in our back yard and it took us two seasons of interviewing landscapers to find one that would take the project, return my calls, and provide a reasonable quote in a timely fashion. Rodrigo helped me make a few design decisions and also knew exactly what was needed to fix a step that had settled and a small retaining wall that looked unfinished. Our main project was to replace the bulk of the wood chips that made up our backyard with flagstones to create a walkway and patio, and reduce the places for mosquitos to breed. Sound Ground Landscape did an excellent job grouting my patio and added new landscape lights. Both jobs were problematic because the old grout had to be removed and lay new mortar in its place. My patio is stone tile measuring 40x20 feet. I had a couple of landscape services decline the job due to the level of effort. Rodrigo used a high pressure washer to remove it and completed the job in less than a day. He also took the time to troubleshoot broken wires in my lighting and install some new lights, same day.
