I reached out to a few fence companies and heard back from Ivan at Alien Fence within around 20min. He was out to provide an estimate the same day and scheduled construction shortly after. His team was super helpful and asked several questions regarding preferences for the construction and factored in a previous issue with the old fence, which had been routed close to a growing tree and started leaning as a result. They came in the rain and finished a pretty long run within the same day, and it looks great! I have worked with alot of contractors and wow, alien fence is TOP NOTCH. I got another quote for our fence that was just astronomical, so I went to trusty Google to find a second opinion. I saw the good reviews of Alien Fence on Google, so I called the number. Ivan picked up immediately and came out same day to give me an estimate. He followed up with an email and pictures that night, with the estimate, in my email and was highly communicative via text throughout the process. I booked Alien Fence that same night (Weds) and he had a crew out on Monday AM to start the work. Daniel and 1 other man showed up, knocked on the door and was very thorough in walking through the property to make sure they had a clear understanding of what I wanted. Those 2 men worked until 7:30pm that night! There ended up being some oddities with an underground pipe and not be able to put the posts where we wanted them originally, but Daniel was creative and made it work with some extra side paneling. To put the fence where we wanted it, they had to cut some lower branches of a tree to get the post as close to the trunk as possible. Daniel was super knowledgeable in his process and made sure the structure would not be infringed as the branches grow back in the future. He even built a little custom wood block so that our dog can't slip out near the trunk, but would allow us to remove the wood pieces when the branches fill in. When they were done with the work I noticed there was one thing that needed adjusting and Daniel responded with "This was simply an oversight on my part. I will come by today and fix it ASAP." Talk about taking ownership -- that's a rarity in work these days. Daniel fixed the small corner piece, sent me and picture to validate it had been completed to my liking and apologized... again. When we have any fence work in the future, Alien Fence is the ONLY place I will do business with. I will scream their praises from the rooftop! They seriously set the bar -- I am forever spoiled!
