*STOP* we're unable to recommend this start-up company. after many attempts they are unable to adhere to the agreed upon scope of the contract that they wrote. the service crew does not understand the homeowners requests due to zero English speaking and comprehension. the service crew MUST be supervised at all times. they do more standing around than working. our street-front lawn looks awful with scraping of the topsoil creating deep gouges and divots. Uneven lawn cut height. Other aspects of the agreed upon contract details have been ignored. like weeding and grooming the shrubs beds, raking the yard. ALSO when the crew approached the home owner asking for a drink, 3 drink/new fresh cool bottles on water was offered but refused by the crew. the crew wanted ""Coke a Cola"". read more

We hired Prosper for installing turf in our front yard. I can't say enough good things about this crew and Hosmman's communication and willingness to make the project perfect. From the get-go the communication has been clear, scheduling on point, and the entire project done in a day. We wanted edging done that we didn't think to ask for during the original communications, and he came out within 2 days of us asking about it being willingness to get it done by the week. Hosmman and his crew were great! We weren't even sure what we wanted to do with our yards but he gave us several good options, advice, and quotes. Our biggest problem was our backyard was a swamp, moreso than Seattle average rainy weather yields and so we needed to fix it up. Now, it's been raining and it's not a swamp! We even switched to turf and our pup loves it. Low maintenance care and no dirtiness from roaming around outside. They also redid some of the pavers we had done by a different company which were sinking into itself (by the time we noticed the other company said it was out of warranty and we'd have to do it again). But Hosmman and his crew redid it, even put in a weed barrier which wasn't there before, and made it more sturdy so it hopefully shouldn't sink again. Hosmman took a lot of care to address all our questions and considerations and we appreciate it. We got a lot of work done but we think they're permanent improvements that we shouldn't have to worry about for years and years to come. read more

Short and to the point: -extremely great communication -main point of contact, Hosmman, was very kind and fair -crew was on time and super nice to me and my young kiddos -they're FAST and hard workers -Fantastic listening skills and attention to detail -extremely fair pricing More details: We bought a home on 1/3 acre lot with many fruit trees, many of which were planted too closely to the fence by previous owners. Our yard was put on the back burner due to several reasons this summer and it was completely overgrown. Unfortunately, one of our neighbors neglects their property and has let blackberry bushes grow out of control and it encroached over our fence onto our property. We got bids from three companies. This one was by far the best. While I did have a bid that was slightly lower, Prosper's communication was way better and I trusted them more.
