Their response was quick and within 24 hours of calling them things were gone in an very short period of time. I would recommend this gentleman in this company to anyone. Fast, punctual, polite, and reasonably priced. What else could we say. We made an online reservation, and the called before the 2 hour appointment window. We will definitely hire their service for junk removal again. read more

I'm so glad I find this junk removal service, they are almost half the price of Got Junk and super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them! read more

The guys, Parker and Josh, worked well together. They were prompt, called before they came, and did all the heavy lifting. We really enjoyed working with them. If I need to offload a bunch of junk again, I would 100% recommend these goods. We filled the whole truck for about 500 bucks. read more

This what I shared on facebook. At this age, we want to downsize and get rid of stuff we don't need. I want to share with you, my positive experience... I had several boxes, old cat trees, and a sofa I needed to get rid of... First off, I contacted the company, I don't wanna share their name, but they advertise a lot. Very expensive. I researched and found the most amazing company! The cost was 1/3 of what the other company wanted me to pay. I'm not advertising. I'm just sharing. Dump it Junk removal and cleanup. 1-877-386-7695. The men who came to remove my junk were so kind and respectful. Just a FYI. read more

Troy and Josh were professional and efficient. They took care of everything and made quick work of items we were struggling to figure out how to remove - furniture, electronics, clothes and more. read more

Reached out by email asking for a quote for a rather large and heavy item (that also required special disposal) - was also sure to provide a link to it - and received a prompt response within a couple hours of submitting the inquiry (on a weekday). The estimate provided was competitive, so I scheduled an appointment for later in the week online, though based on their scheduling system, it seemed possible to schedule an appointment for next day if needed. On the day of pickup, they called about 20 minutes before arriving (during the scheduled/requested time window) to give me a heads up. When they arrived, they (actually just one guy) took a couple of pictures of the item he was picking up and texted/called the main office to confirm receipt. I was told to wait while he loaded the item into the truck and returned about 5-10 minutes later with a paper clipboard (with the handwritten paper receipt) and a credit card reader. The price I was charged exactly matched what I was quoted for before scheduling the online appointment. It got the job done, but I was a bit surprised by how unsophisticated the process was. I had a rather simple task this time, but I'll be sure to consider Dump-It the next time around. read more

Good service but deceptive rates. They rounded up generously to 1/4 truck load for something that could fit in less than 1/8th if stacked up. They didn't appear to measure anything, just took a photo. Perhaps they estimated digitally, but I used an actual measuring tape. My advice: if you have a small load, condense it in one spot for them so they give you a more fair estimate, otherwise they will bias toward charging you as much as possible. On the bright side, it was very easy to schedule, they were on time, and quick with the removal. read more

4.5 stars easy Would be five stars but they have to run estimates and receipts by the office, which adds a few minutes. Great website--easy to book online, even from a phone. I set up the whole thing, including how much stuff they needed to grab. The kids who showed up had clearly read the job booking, which doesn't happen with every company. They called about 30 minutes ahead, as expected. Nice kids on the phone. Showed up right on time, near the beginning of the 2-hour arrival window that we're all used to getting from various different home services. Truck was clean and running well, kids were cheerful and not covered with gunk. They bantered and cracked each other up the whole time they cleared out one bay of my garage. I definitely add points for cheerful workers. They had everything cleared out almost before I turned around. I waited a little while for them to get everything they needed back from their HQ. I ended up going inside 'cause it's chilly today, but it didn't take too long. Paying was easy; they allow tips on their e-payment platform, which I think is cool for the kids doing the work. They gave me a paper receipt. I've used at least one other removal service and the pricing was right in line with what these folks charge. Much as I'd like to clear out my yard and garage myself and not pay a little extra, it really is nice to just open the door and have someone else do the work. I'll happily book them again when needed. read more

we were quoted a price before they loaded the stuff on the truck. then when we were to pay, they increased the price. we were not happy

Online quote is a bit confusing, staff is efficient and friendly, a straight to the point service!

Affordable, friendly and quick! I have used them twice now and planning to use them again soon to get my house cleared! thank you Dump-It Junk Removal! You are all so great! read more

Dump-It Junk Removal - Forgot to take a before shot. But the whole right side was full of junk and they were quick to get it all out for me! - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Mill Creek, Washington

Same day service on a Sunday! Troy and Josh were fast, courteous and efficient. I would hire them again when needed!

Unfortunately I can't recommend Dump-It. They don't do as they say, and they don't respond to followup contact. I set up an appointment for a sectional couch. I was expecting a confirmation email, per the website, but none came. I called the next day to confirm, and I did get a return confirmation call. The website states base prices, so I was expecting between 55 and 85, plus they state an estimate will be given before the service is started. I did not get an estimate and I did not find out the price until the couch was already loaded. One of the workers did snap a picture of the couch and send it, so I thought the estimate would be coming shortly. I ended up being charged $135 plus tax. I paid since the couch was already loaded. I ended up contacting the company asking for a refund and explaining my situation. I did not hear from them. The workers were polite and responsive. They seemed to know what they were doing. If price and honoring their word is not important to you, than this might be a good choice in a fix. read more

This is a top notch family business! The two young men that came today were polite and professional! I will definitely use and recommend this business to others and the rates were very reasonable! read more

I am a repeat customer and the Dump it crews never disappoints me. They always show up on time and update me on the pick up window. Today Juvion and Troy arrived to handle the job. They verified if I had any pets they should be aware of and were polite providing me with an estimate for to remove an upholstered bed frame and adjustable base. Juvion and Troy work very fast and were respectful of the area around them. I would not hesitate using Dump I services again. And I always recommend them to neighbors and friends for professional and quality services. read more

Absolutely recommend Jacob & Shawn great work from them for all my junk!!they came early and were done in short order. Due to my yard they had to go through my condo, yet were so careful and neat! I highly recommend this company. The price was a great deal! read more

Requesting service online was really easy and quick; I was able to get a team here with very short notice and loved how easy it was. I do understand one of the reviews that was unhappy with the cost being higher than expected (that was also my experience) but it was still a reasonable amount. If I had the vehicle and time to bring something to the nearest dump and have it weighed, I would saved quite a bit, but I don't have the vehicle or the time. So I'm not giving 5-stars, as I understand the expectation of cost being a surprise, but the guys were quick, professional, and nice. The whole thing figuratively and literally took a weight off me. Thanks guys! read more

They called 30 mins beforehand, and texted me. They spent maybe 15-20 mins in my home. They took their shoes off before walking in. They even called me sir! I do feel it was a little pricey, but I literally didn't have to do anything. I rolled out of bed, they were here, and grabbed several pieces of junk, that I was uninterested in handling myself. I highly recommend if you're lazy like me! read more

We had great service yesterday from Dump it. Accurate fair price & quick service. Jacob and Sean removed all the junk & unneeded stuff outside & inside our garage plus some heavy items from inside our home. They were very courteous young men, careful, respectful of us elders, and got the job done in about 1 hour 40 minutes. We gave them a good tip & you should too because they work very hard & are sincere kind & polite. Highly recommed! read more

Seth and Jacob went above and beyond, hauling away the broken dreams and sad memories of the past. If only all my problems could be dumped at the Mountlake Terrance transfer station, I'd book them again in a heartbeat. No judgment, no hassle. Hard workers, efficient, pleasant. Highly recommended. read more

We did a purge, 15 years of junk needed to be removed, after a little mix on whether they picked up at our location, a quick phone call sorted it out. Received a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They back the truck up, took a few photos, and we all came to the conclusion it would probably be a full truck. The truck was load in about 20 minutes, both guys made sure to check what was going and what was staying. Seriously one of the best companies to work with. read more

Fantastic service! Setting up an appointment online was a breeze. Just as they said, they called me when they were 15 minutes away and they arrived on time. The two gentlemen were friendly and fast. I didn't have too much stuff, but it was less than 10 minutes and they were ready to go. The price was very reasonable as well. I can recommend them and I'm sure I'll be using their service again in the future. read more

I have used them 3 times now. First time was a couple years ago, they quickly took all the junk I needed cleared out of our storage room, and patio, and left it nice and clean! I was so pleased with their service that I hired them again when we were moving. We had a sectional sofa and ottoman in bad shape, and some random junk we needed to get out of the way. Price was very reasonable, and totally worth it. Later that same week I was in panic mode because we had to be out of our house in a couple days, and still had a LOT of stuff we didn't want to take with us. So I booked them again on very short notice. They got the job done fast, and took a huge weight off my shoulders! This company will always be my go-to whenever we need stuff to be GONE! Highly recommend them to everyone. read more

Would definitely recommend. I scheduled an appointment online, filled out the information and received a quote and confirmation. The team (Austin... can't remember the other guys name) gave me a call to say they'd be there around 5:15. We had a large pile of wood to remove (the top boards of our deck) and some other random items. I feel terribly as I greatly underestimated the time this would take. As it turned out this was quite a job! The team was super professional and the price was fair. We would definitely give them a call again! read more

Seth and Avery did a fantastic job. They gave a clear-cut estimate and it was lower than competitors. They were in and out in 30 min. Fast, accurate estimate, polite and professional. High recommendation- yay! read more

I used Dump-It junk removal yesterday to haul away years worth of accumulated junk, and couldn't be happier with their service. I booked two days in advance, and they showed up on time and made the whole the process so easy. I showed them what i wanted disposed, they gave me a quote, and went to work. When they were done the actual price was lower than the original quote. Jacob and Austin were awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

They were timely, courteous and professional. It was amazing how fast the pile of trash & debris disappeared, including a freezer and several pieces of furniture. I would call them again. I thought the price was extremely reasonable! Highly recommend Dump-It! read more

See all

We just used Dump-It to clear out old furniture and other stuff we've been holding on to for way too long. I shopped around a bit for the best price, junk removal isn't cheap but this company seemed reasonable. I am very happy we went with them. Online booking was fast and easy, I estimated my own costs based on their pricing so I didn't call for a quote. Plus they can't really price you without seeing your stuff, so I figured that was a waste of everyone's time. The drivers were courteous and efficient. The estimate I created based on their pricing guide and how much stuff we had was well over what they actually charged us so I feel it was a very good value. Plus it only took them 25 minutes. we had staged the stuff in the yard for efficiency but 25 minutes is still very quick work. I highly recommend this company if you have bulky items to get rid of and can't transport yourself. read more

First time I have used this company, received call prior to arrival as promised. Looking online for a junk company to remove only an apartment size refrigerator and small 24 inch stove. I saw an add for Dump-it saying they had the lowest prices in Seattle! Since I had a small job, I made the call. Online they advertise a price for a small job starting at $55.00. Cool, I have a small job. The guys came early which was great! I don't know what equates $55.00, because I was told it would be over $155.00, then they gave me no choice but to leave a tip starting at $25.00 for 15% and options for tips above that. It took them about 10 mins to remove 2 small items and I was left with a $179.00 charge. Lesson learned. The city will remove these items for about $68.00. read more

We've used Dump-It Junk Removal 5 times over the last 3 years and they always provide exemplary service. They're punctual, efficient, and affordable. The crew is always friendly and it seems like they enjoy what they do. My favorite part is they will sort through what is garbage vs. what can be recycled or donated which saves us a lot of work and we don't have to worry about things ending up in a landfill unnecessarily. It's such a relief to have a clean garage again. But we always seem to accumulate more stuff, so it probably won't be long before we'll look forward to hiring them again! read more

I would say that the experience was quite disappointing. The guys who showed up were polite and efficient but remember it's the office that determines price while you're waiting around. I had a sectional sofa to move with a bed so I figured it would be 1/8th of a truck since they advertised their trucks were larger than 1-800-Junk. Yeah about a foot. So I paid about $50 more than expected and on top of that the movers wanted a gratuity for 15 minutes of work. This company needs to pay their people better and let me decide if I want to tip. That was awkward as hell. I think they rely on the fact that you're held hostage or they can just go and you're stuck. I need to get rid of this old sofa, clean the carpet and have a new sofa delivered the next day. So I did it but there won't be an repeat business with this company. read more

This is the first time I've ever used a junk-removal service, but it won't be the last. Kendall and Matt were awesome. Arrived right on schedule, after giving me a courtesy call to let me know they were 15 minutes away. They gave me what turned out to be a super accurate estimate, and after receiving my approval they quickly and efficiently loaded up my pile of junk. What took me years to accumulate and two weeks to sift through and gather up was gone in about twenty minutes. I couldn't be more satisfied with this entire experience. It was easy to make my appointment on-line, I got a slot at a time convenient for me, and Kendall and Matt were super friendly. It feels amazing to have that junk gone. I'm hooked! read more

Very easy to work with and fast. Called ahead of time to let us know they are on the way

Dump it came this morning and was done in about 15 minutes! We had quite a lot of stuff (at least we think we did) on three different levels of our house. They came on time, were super friendly and efficient. I'm sorry I don't remember their names :( But both of them had high praise for their employer, the company and had smiles of their faces the entire time. Excellent service and happy to go with a smaller local business. They also recycle/donate items and will separate those in a different section of the truck. We will definitely use them again should we ever need this service again! read more
