I contacted them that evening and Matt responded almost immediately and scheduled a date and time. The tech, a young man name Jeremiah, texted me an hour before arrival. Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. I was a repeat customer, for a problem that turns out they may not have eradicated the first time. I think these guys are good and do good work... IF they're able to solve it in that first visit. In two separate paid visits now, the "follow-up" appointments to check their work that THEY INITIATE get canceled. This last time, they rescheduled SIX TIMES, all last minute, after the time they were supposed to have shown up, or without any warning at all other than a "reschedule text" later. Do NOT pay your invoice after that first visit until you actually KNOW the problem has been solved, because the "free" follow-up appointments have been canceled last minute way too many times. And this was with written acknowledgement that the job had not been completed. I will share their "understanding" and empathetic "we're standing you up again" template here. Considering they started repeating excuses, I'm surprised they didn't accidentally send me the template itself: "Good morning, [customer]. We sincerely apologize for the [short notice, confusion, inconvenience]. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to your service has informed us that he is [sick, injured, forgot ladder, custom]. We appreciate your understanding, as this situation is beyond our control. Would you be available to reschedule your appointment on [Mon-Fri] (##/##) between ##:## and ##:## [am/pm]. Please let us know if this works for you, or kindly share your availability. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Honoring their appointments is NOT outside of their control. It's baffling a service provider would write this -- I will help translate: "We make one attempt at a job and then invoice you, stand you up multiple times for our advertised and self-initiated follow-up appointments, and then straightfaced gaslight you over text. Thank you for your understanding. We count on you being flexible, infinitely tolerant, reasonable and professional when workmanship issues arise, so that we don't have to be."

I had no idea the amount of damage this caused until they started pulling up the floors, it was really bad and it was determined by my insurance agent that I would need my entire floors throughout the house replaced as well as kitchen cabinets, drywall, etc....I was overwhelmed, but Scott said they not only do water remedy, they can do everything to get my house functioning again including packing out all of my furniture, belongings and my 125 gallon fish tank and storing them while the rebuild took place. They work like a well oiled machine, everything was packed up incredibly well, the work to fix everything was beyond my expectations, their employees are very skilled at what they do and the communication was fantastic throughout. I am so grateful for them and glad my insurance agent recommended them. To say this was extremely stressful is an understatement, but they put me at ease almost immediately by their confidence and reassurance that they will take care of everything for me. The water proceeded to run down into our basement damaging insulation and adding a layer of water to the basement floor. Once we were able to stop the water from continuing to flow onto the floors, we immediately called Washington Water Damage. Jeff came out that evening to perform a high level assessment of the damage. The very next morning he had an entire crew at the house and they began the process of recording the damage for our insurance, performing the demo work needed to remove the damaged flooring and preparing the damaged areas for the drying process. I could not be happier with the performance of Jeff's team. They were efficient, clean and extremely professional. They constantly kept my wife and I informed of each step so that we always had a solid understanding of the process and what to expect next. Once Jeff's team had completed the demo and drying process, Mike came directly out to the house to assess the restoration stage of the process. He handled everything from ordering new flooring materials to providing the proper paint for the drywall areas that had to be replaced. Once the materials for the flooring arrived from the manufacturer, Mike's team promptly began their work on the restoration. I was blown away by how quickly the team was able to bring everything back to the way it was. The quality of their work was excellent. The new hardwood floors that were installed looked so much better than they did prior to the damage. The drywall and exposed insulation looks great. They took care to make sure that all of the molding was reinstalled and repainted. Their workmanship really speaks for itself. They even handled most of the paperwork with our homeowner's insurance. The only part they didn't handle was what the insurance required me to complete. I'm very appreciative to the entire Washington Water Damage team for all of their help through this stressful time. I strongly suggest you consider them if you ever find yourself in need of a damage mitigation and restoration service.

I called this company around 12:30PM on a Friday and DeeDee, their office manager called me back immediately and arranged for Donn, their estimator, to come out at 4:00PM. Donn took moisture readings and found that there was so little moisture that we didn't need a claim to our insurance company. That was good news as this was a brand new bathroom (4 years ago). I was very concerned that I couldn't dry the cabinet quickly enough to avoid moisture causing a future mold problem. He said that the fan that we already had setup blowing air into the sink cabinet would be adequate. While our flood didn't result in any demo and/or construction work, I was so impressed with how professional their response to my problem. I know a fast response to flood issues is a very important thing to minimize damage. So, for this part, this company has that together and so professional. Thank you 911 Restoration!

Donn from 911 Restoration in Bellevue managed the entire project for us, including dealing with the insurance company. Because our floors had to be refinished, we had to move everything out of our main floor and be out of the house for several weeks. Donn coordinated all of the work (movers, floor refinishers, wall and ceiling repairs, painting, cleanup, etc.), made sure it all got done on time, and came in on budget. Our only issue was the time it took to get some of the final painting finished, which was delayed due to the shortage of good painters. We appreciate the great job that Donn and 911 did to manage our project, and would recommend them without reservation.

Because I was only dropping off a dresser I was charged a flat fee of $36. Once I paid, I let the gentleman know I had not been here before and he explained me what color line to follow and then I would back up and trash my dresser. We followed the red color line as instructed and the wait time was minimal. The area to drop off the trash was being "cleaned" on my ur arrival as they had machines compacting the trash. There are no marked areas to back up and it's all self guided. But backing in was fairly easy.

I've never lived in an area where such a place is accessible to the general public. We came here because my daughter/FutureSIL wanted to dispose of some old radiator fluid that wasn't needed. It's a very interesting set-up, one where I could watch. You first drive in, and then stop next to a toll booth type of set-up. An employee will then ask the disposable material. She then directed us to follow one of 4 lines in the road (yellow, blue, red, green) until we got to a big garage area. Another helper then told us where to dump the fluid. And then we were on our way. There's a lot of things that the facility doesn't accept, including tires and electronic, tvs, and computers. But it does accept mattresses, mercury products, pesticides, and a variety of household chemicals. I was told later that it can get really backed up. There is an electronic sign showing the current wait times along with that for the two other stations (houghton and renton)...didn't see it on-line however, which I think would be useful.
