She asked me to help, so I reached out to Omar's Demolition And Construction LLC. Omar came out to inspect the roof, explained everything clearly, and provided a very reasonable estimate. We haven't had any leaks or issues, even through Seattle's rainy weather. The quality of the workmanship has been outstanding. I highly recommend Omar's Demolition And Construction LLC to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and professional roofing contractor. At that time we were thinking of managing the project on our own but later decided to go with a general contractor as we decided to increase the scope of our project. We did not hire Carlos because of this scope change. However, if we had managed the project on our own, I would have definitely hired him. Carlos came to look at my project late in the evening on my request. He was very thorough in noting down all the details along with other requirements of protecting flooring in house . He also provided me good suggestions on project related questions I had. The quote I received was very competitive and listed all the details accurately. For any future projects, I would love to work with Carlos and I highly recommend him.

Sami is in Bothell and doesn't like to have to come out to Seattle unless absolutely necessary. 3. Be prepared to work at their schedule. Many times I was told that Sami or his workers would be at my house at a certain time. No show. Or several hours later. Sometimes even bright and early on a Saturday. 4.
