However, with Omar's Demolition and Construction, everything about this fencing/gate job...really exceeded my expectations! I called Omar on one afternoon to try to find out if they could stop by to take a look and give me a quote for my fencing/gate need and Omar picked up the phone and even stopped by within an hour! He was able to stop by, give me some options of what I could potentially do and give me a quote within that afternoon. Once we agreed on the job, Omar's team was able to procure all the materials that same evening and they got ready to work the next day! The work was completed in just a day and I was very happy with how communicative the team was! I am personally not at the house, but was provided an update via clips/photos as to the progress/how they were doing. I paid $10K more than I was expecting for the project I hired him for. 2. If you're in the Seattle area, you'll be considered a hassle. Sami is in Bothell and doesn't like to have to come out to Seattle unless absolutely necessary. 3. Be prepared to work at their schedule. Many times I was told that Sami or his workers would be at my house at a certain time. No show. Or several hours later. Sometimes even bright and early on a Saturday. 4. Do a THOROUGH walk-through before dismissing the project as complete. I made the mistake of paying slightly less because ceiling tiles were on order to complete my project. It's been four weeks, I've followed up w/ no response. So there's still an area on my project that is incomplete. Quality of work was average. Time to finish the project was long, very long. I've been working with them for over 7 months...for a basement remodel. As a woman, I also made sure to have friends check the work of his contractors, which oftentimes needed to be redone.

They arrived first thing this morning (I had asked for an early slot)--they were extremely polite and professional. They managed to get the job completed so quickly--the staff of two was done within 30 minutes. In terms of bid just a bit shocked at how on point of a timing estimate they were able to make based on the picture. One person came back and said he'll provide an estimate once coming to do the job, Busby quoted 40% higher then their quote and JMJ Junk Removal was about four times higher than their quote (the person who contacted me conceded he could try to come closer but would need to see to assess). If I ever have something in the future would just contact them directly. Great firm.
