I was so glad I found Omar's Demolition and Construction via Yelp! I was very impressed with Omar's Demolition and Construction! I recently had a need to build some fence/gate for a small courtyard at a townhome and, honestly, was bracing for contractors to take the sweet time or plainly just ghost me. However, with Omar's Demolition and Construction, everything about this fencing/gate job...really exceeded my expectations! I called Omar on one afternoon to try to find out if they could stop by to take a look and give me a quote for my fencing/gate need and Omar picked up the phone and even stopped by within an hour! He was able to stop by, give me some options of what I could potentially do and give me a quote within that afternoon. Once we agreed on the job, Omar's team was able to procure all the materials that same evening and they got ready to work the next day! The work was completed in just a day and I was very happy with how communicative the team was! I am personally not at the house, but was provided an update via clips/photos as to the progress/how they were doing. Repaired my fence which was damaged recently very promptly and at a very reasonable rate.

I found Omar's on Yelp when my fence post broke and I need to find someone to help replace it. I used to call a big fence company and had to wait a while before they can come by to fix it. Omar's demo is super responsive, on time, well communication. He was able to come by and fix the fence after a couple days of giving me a quote. They demolished an old concrete patio, keeping the concrete pieces big enough to use as parts of a new patio and walkway. I hired Omar and his crew to do some demo work on my home. Omar was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. He even covered up my windows to protect them from any possible stray rocks during the outside concrete demo.
