But for the convenience of home service I feel it was worth the price, and it doesn't seem too far off from what drop-off shredding locations charge anyways. Was able to schedule the same week which was a bonus. Their truck shreds in front of you (not just document pickup and off-site shredding) if that matters for your application. Always happy to support a local business instead of one of the big national waste conglomerates.

They arrived right on time -- which was especially important during a busy move -- and handled a large volume of sensitive documents quickly, professionally, and with great care. Their team was friendly, efficient, and made the entire process stress-free. After years of trust on the business side, they've now earned our trust personally as well. The price was competitively fair as well. Highly recommended.

I chose to have them come to my home and was pleasantly surprised that they could come within the hour! The gentleman arrived within the hour, loaded my shredding and showed me video of my items being shredded in real time - this was such a relief as I never know when I drop my shredding off at other places - I never knew if the documents were truly shredded. Additionally, if I had to use my home shredder it would have taken hours - this was done in under a minute! I will absolutely continue to use this service for my shredding needs. Thank you!

I don't normally go out of my way to write a review of a business but after working with this…read morecompany for 3 years and having absolutely wonderful service from them, I feel it neccessary to give a shout out. Things I love about this company: 1) our building does not have an elevator and we are on the second floor with 2 large shred bins. DB Secure staff never complains or hesitates to haul our recycling down 2 flights of stairs 2) DB Secure is always there on the day they say they are going to be and if not, they call ahead of time to let you know WHEN they will be there. If this happens, its usually the next day. 3) DB Secure employees are always polite, professional and quiet. I know quiet may be perceived as being a bad thing but in a quiet office, its very nice to have a quiet service. 4) DB Secure employees are always smiling. So, I just want to say thanks. We really appreciate your professional service!

After my last fiasco with the US Postal Service (lemme say, they are PICKY!) I was having nightmares about this. Then a friend recommended Lacy & Par and I can't tell you how glad they did. Ten thousand of them! I didn't even have to deal with the address labels, folding... papercuts... NOTHING. Lacy & Par even cleaned it up our wrecked mailing lists and had our mailers in the hands of our customers ON TIME. Not only did they save me time, they saved me in Advil. And probably my job. Seriously. I'm indebted. These guys are Pros with a capital P. And now I get the honor of the first review??? I can't believe no one has sung their praises before me!
