First of all, the facility is very secure and I feel very comfortable storing my things there and being on the property even at night. Each renter has their own individual entrance code to get beyond the gate and to take the elevator. The elevator will only take the renter to their individual floor, adding another layer of security. Another cool thing is that on many of their units the door is on the wide side of the unit (e.g., for a 10 x 5, the door is on the 10' side) which makes it really easy to access your stuff without having to take a bunch of stuff out. When I first started storing there I worked mostly with Tiffany, the manager. She provided great customer service and was always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and provide me with additional information. On top of that she is very friendly and positive and it makes for great interactions with her. I recently began working with Scott, the assistant manager, when I needed to upgrade to a bigger storage space. I wasn't sure what size I needed and I was in a time crunch, so I was frazzled and indecisive but was so grateful that Scott was so patient and helpful. He was very understanding and worked to make the transition go smoothly even with all my indecisiveness. He really went the extra mile to find me a solution to my expanded storage needs that was close to my current storage space and without incurring a lot of extra costs. I am really grateful for his help during this stressful time. I also had the pleasure of working with Colby, who was in training when I met him. He presented as very knowledgeable and personable and was very willing to help provide a great customer experience. Thank you to all of you!

Everyone is hurting in today's economy, but these guys have no qualms about raising your rent time after time after time. We have paid our rent diligently for several years (at least five, but I'm unsure of the exact number). We pay on time every time and we've never been late. That doesn't matter to them. I don't know the exact measurements of our unit, but it's not a big one. I think it's 7x10. The advertised price for a 7.5 x 10 unit is $82 right now. It feels like a grift to me! The benefits of this place (security and cleanliness) are not worth the price. If you are going to get a storage unit, don't get one here unless you want to be faced with unending rent increases.

I was…read moreincorrectly charged for refueling, and even when I provided documentation that the truck was returned refueled, they still refused to fully correct the bill. I was quoted an estimated total of $43.07 for a local truck rental, but after returning the truck I was charged $93.34. The charge included 24 miles and 2 gallons of gas, despite only driving 22 miles and returning the truck fueled above the full marker. When I presented my drop-off photos and fuel transaction, instead of simply correcting the bill, they offered a partial correction. They refused to remove the 2-gallon fuel charge and acted like they were doing me a favor only partially overcharging me. If you rent here document everything and do not assume that they will correct the bill willingly.

The store was immaculately clean, well-stocked and the manager Kyle was super helpful, friendly and I was quickly on my way. When I arrived to pick up my 15ft U-Haul, Kyle explained each part of the check-out process (I asked him to repeat most things twice because I had moving brain delay). He happily repeated and clarified until I understood how to avoid any surcharges (mind the gas level and return it at or slightly above to avoid a $30 charge, which I did!). He gladly helped me out to the truck with my moving supplies. The truck was parked so I only had to drive it straight out the front gate (yay!). Also, the truck was in immaculate condition (no grime on the inside from other users). Kyle said to call if I had any questions once I got on my way and wrote the main phone number on my paperwork, so it was easy to find. I had a question later in the day and Kyle picked up immediately to get me the help I needed. I have rented U-Hauls from a bunch of different companies in the past. Unlike Cecilia in 2022 who was still waiting for a manager to return her call, Kyle returned my call when I called but didn't leave a message. They were quick to respond and Julie was a model of proficiency to help us on our way. We rented a 24FT Four Winds. It had everything we needed and a great layout. The entire staff was great, and no trick gotcha hidden fees in that fine print you don't catch. During our trip Julie was readily available for any questions we had while in the far north. While all components worked, this motorhome was built during Covid and it was clear quality and workmanship had taken a hit. Regardless, that's not anything to do with NW Adventures and they have quite a variety of equipment to choose from. I would rent from them again in an instant.

On their truck the signage on it is covered with dirt and couldn't read it until I got into the next lane. It stated not responsible for any windshield damage stay 200 ft behind well I was not close to the truck when this happened but on the back of the last trailer the signed looked like it said 20 ft cuz it was so dirty couldn't read it. So I called the company to let them know hey this happened the load should have been covered and ur driver was in the center lane speeding and on a cars tail and driver had to get into the slow lane real fast cuz the truck didn't even have one full car length between them ....but never got a call back to talk to the guy.....great customer service
