I have used super friends twice now and I have only good things to say. The scheduling was easy and the 3 man crew arrived precisely on time! We did a walk through, we all got to work and got things packed up faster than I had anticipated. I have a giant glass reptile enclosure that I was very nervous about moving, but they understood the assignment and my reptile and her glass mansion arrived intact! They were so courteous, worked with precision and took care of my belongings. At the end they made sure I was happy and if there was anything else I wanted done before they left. In a dramatic turn of events, the company reached out late last year to try to make amends. I had written it off until I recently received an "email special" that reminded me of the prior job. Months later, I responded. To my surprise, I got a response. The communication was timely - being explained that the company is under new management and they were doing outreach with poor reviews to fix the wrongs of the past. Being 3.5 years after the move, I was skeptical but open-minded. In the end, we did NOT receive the full amount for the damages (more than $500), but did receive some reimbursement ($500) - honestly better than the nothingness of the past several years. And yes...the check cleared. So, kudos to the company's new management team. I do commend them for this action and hope that others with similar experiences are addressed. I had hired them for my previous move, and they were terrific, so we reached out again for our biggest move yet into our first home. The three gentlemen arrived on time. I hired Super Friends movers for full service move i.e. packing as well as moving from my 4 bedroom house in Sammamish to a 5 bedroom house in Auburn. I compared the quotes from around 4 moving companies before finalizing with them. They came to my house and took pictures of the furniture etc so I felt much more comfortable with their estimates. It was a reasonable estimate with 4 people packing of day 1 and same crew moving and unloading on day 2 with two trucks. I opted for fixed price and not hourly so ensure I know what I will pay in the end. They crew was awesome, coordinated well, came on time and packed everything nicely. Next day, again came on time and loaded up the trucks and delivered plus reassembled all my furniture. Went very smoothly, no problems at all. Everything came intact. Very happy with them. I would highly recommend Super Friends moving ​to anyone looking for a reliable mover with reasonable pricing. read more

Do not hire this company. They have an F rating with the BBB. If something goes wrong, you get the run around and these "friends" become argumentative, unprofessional and hostile. As other's have noted, they route their complaints to Jakub who never returns your calls and tell you you can file for reimbursements that don't even cover the cost of your items. That's their pattern. Here is my experience: I asked for an estimate for my move and was given one. Everything was fine. On moving day, they show up and things go fine, I'm stressed but I figure they are professionals and things will be ok. When I start unpacking my boxes (that I hired the to pack) I discovered that several bottles of liquid were packed laying down resulting in my toothbrush charger sitting in liquid. Doesn't it seem obvious that liquids should be packed upright? This made me paranoid to unpack all my items as fast as humanly possible to ensure other items weren't packed carelessly. Some boxes were well packed while others appeared to have items haphazardly thrown in them- lamp shades were broken and my daughter's baptism banner was packed with dirty camping items. This really made me angry. When I complained to the company, they became hostile and followed their pattern documented by other reviewers of not following up. How does this place stay in business?? Boy the movers worked so hard! We hired Super Friends 10 years ago and they are even better with the care of the furniture. They wrapped up everything so securely to avoid damage. The prep work paid off with items getting here with no damage. I would implement more safety for the workers - I noticed they did not wear gloves which could really hurt their hands. They put up with my crazy, seemingly daily, destination changes. They gave me an amazing quote. They loaded and unloaded my furniture so quickly. When they were loading my stuff they even helped me get furniture that I wasn't taking with me to a donation center. They got my belongings to Arizona from Washington in the time frame they gave me, early even. They even gave me a phone number for the guy driving my stuff down here. An item that got misplaced and couldn't be found they replaced, no ifs, ands, or buts. Jakob and his crew are AMAZING!! A move across the country is such a stressful ordeal and worrying about your belongings and how they are handled doesn't help the matter. With Super Friends Moving I never was stressed. I'm so sad to have to update this rating. After two great experiences with Super Friends Moving, moving from downtown Seattle to West Seattle, then West Seattle to Auburn, I have to change to 1 star. In July 2021, I moved from Auburn, WA to Austin, TX. Having had such great experiences with Super Friends before, I figured I'd give them a try for the cross-country move. A couple miscommunications happened early on, no big deal (they gave me a range of two days originally and then confirmed the second date, then tried to show up on the first date). They showed up on the confirmed date and started packing. Issue #1 was that they informed me *after most things were on the truck* that not everything would fit on the truck. Even after they had someone come out to the house and look to see if everything would fit on the truck. That still was not worth docking points. This was on a Thursday. On a Monday, I arrived in Austin at the new house. The lead mover, Noel, was there on Tuesday morning sharp. Super Friends hired a local crew to unload the truck but only hired them for 3 hours (when it took much longer with more people to load the truck), and two of them that crew showed up late (Issue #2). Noel was a champ and finished the whole unload himself. That also was not worth docking points. The biggest problem (Issue #3) was that my PS5 was not there when we arrived. It was completely missing. The controllers for it arrived, all of my other consoles arrived, but the PS5 was missing. I reached out to Super Friends about this on October 21 and was informed by Jakub (on October 31, after a follow-up message) that they were looking into it. That was the last I ever heard from him. On December 8th, I followed up again, and did not receive a reply. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which Super Friends never responded to. read more

Im not really sure how super these guys are. They Never had the opportunity to move me. I reached out and created an online profile on 8/15. When I knew I secured a new place, I wanted to confirm I had a responsible company ready to go. I had to setup an on-site pre tour to get pricing that was changed to a virtual review the day of. Showed all my stuff on a video chat but still didn't have pricing or a firm date. That's when I reached out to Yelp for help and 7 companies responded immediately, some with availability the next day. Surprisingly, they did get back to me with firm pricing and availability on 9/6-the evening I was sitting at my new place with all my stuff. And it wasn't due to my new Super Friends. By the way, my total bill with the actual moving company was $400 less than the low side of the range quoted by this group. I was originally referred by one of my true friends who had a good experience awhile ago. They may be great movers but their confirmation and quoting process needs some work. I wasn't given the opportunity to find out how Super they really may be (that's why the 2 stars). read more

I have used Super Friends for several moves in the past and trusted them again for our last move in June 2024. Many of our items were broken, furniture broken or scratched. All of this was brought to the owner's attention, Jakub Raich. He did respond via email and asked for details and photos which we provided within 24 hours. That was on June 24, 2024 and since then he / Super Friends have not responded to any emails, texts, phone calls, and messages left on their services. We sent a certified letter and it was returned. Their offices are now empty and according to the janitor they disappeared overnight leaving many items behind. The janitor also informed me there have been several other customers show up at this address looking for Super Friends because of major issues that have been ignored by Super Friends. Their communication is awful. I tried to set an appointment and all it ever said on their website was pending. Eventually, the day of the virtual walk through I scheduled someone actually texted me to confirm the zoom and I explained that nobody even confirmed that you could move me. He actually said it's been a consistent problem and that something is wrong with the system. I ended up using Adam's moving. These people will not respond to your online requests and their is no way to call to get in contact with them. My recommendation is to use different movers. read more

These guys were great. They were scheduled to arrive between 8 - 9 AM on a Monday and called at 7:50 to let me know they were on the way. I'm used to having movers call to say they're running late, so this was a nice surprise! This was a last minute schedule, and Gabe made it happen with the requested 3 person crew (originally was only going to be 2). The place I was moving to unexpectedly still had furniture in it. The property manager asked if the movers could haul the stuff out before moving my stuff in. Jerrico, Deshar, and Jalen rolled with it with ease and still finished the entire move in about 5 hours, which was quoted to be about 5-7 hours, so they were fast. They were also super friendly and easygoing. This was my 5th move since 2015 and Super Friends and Can't Stop Moving have always been the best and most efficient. Thank you guys so much! read more

Completely unprofessional - DO NOT USE The good news: the guys who did the move at both ends were fabulous. Kind, friendly, hard working, and going beyond the call of duty to make things as easy as possible for us. The bad news: the guy who runs this operation is totally unprofessional and the company is organizationally chaotic. We moved from Seattle to California, and throughout the process the information flow was pathetic. We had carefully planned our delivery day and both taken time off work. The delivery arrived almost two whole days late, and was surrounded by disorganization and chaos. Instead of the move in starting 9am Monday it was postponed to lunchtime, then the afternoon, then the next morning, then eventually it started for real at 4pm the following day. To make matters worse, two items of furniture are missing. To make matters even worse, one month later those items have not showed up, and there has been no response to repeated emails asking for information. And as the final straw: no apology, no offer of recompense for the inconvenience. Nothing. No communication. And we still don't have our furniture. We have moved many times in the last 20 years and have never experienced anything like this. I simply don't think the people running this company have a clue about how to run a business, nor even the most rudimentary basics of customer service. Again: the guys doing the real work were fantastic. I feel bad for them to be working for a company like this. read more

We didn't discover the broken mirror for a few days and promptly contacted the owner, Jakob. After a week or two of reasonable communication around submitting a claim, he has now not responded to my emails for weeks (we moved in early May 2023). I've patiently awaited an update.
