Headline: StorQuest Nightmare: Targeted Break-In + Fabricated Excuse to Evict - RUN AWAY!…read more We chose StorQuest to securely store our entire household belongings, trusting their security claims. On March 12, 2026, at 8:40 PM, intruders pried open the front doors (supposedly locked after 6:00 PM) and burglarized only our unit at the far end of a hallway. No security cameras exist in any interior hallways, so the crime went undetected; police report (case #26-007076) confirms the suspect left by 9:10 PM. Management (Jacob Davis) gave minimal help and zero constructive follow-up. When we followed up a week later, Jacob turned hostile and then issued an eviction notice based on a completely fabricated claim of improper conduct in the facility--with no video evidence or proof ever provided. Inadequate security, missing hallway surveillance, indifferent staff, and baseless eviction tactics make StorQuest completely unreliable. Avoid this facility at all costs--choose a provider with real security and honest management.

A month ago, I was looking for a 10x15 storage unit and visited Public Storage. Unfortunately, I…read morewas told that all 10x15 units were occupied, and to my disappointment, no alternative options or suggestions were offered. Then I went to StorQuest in Redmond and spoke with Mark. Not only did he provide detailed information about the pricing and availability of their 10x15 units, but he also mentioned promotions on their 10x14 units as a possible alternative. What really stood out to me was Mark's exceptional customer service -- when I returned a few days later to reserve the unit, he remembered my name. I also noticed him greeting other tenants by name as they walked in. Mark truly raises the bar for storage services. His charisma, professionalism, and personal touch made a lasting impression. It's rare to find someone who combines strong customer service skills with such genuine attentiveness.

OTG Moving -- they were truly remarkable! I cannot believe how much they accomplished in one day,…read moreincluding a ton of work not in the original bid -- and for a very reasonable price. Each of the 5 employees who arrived to move 20 years worth of belongings in my 3000 ft home were professional, incredibly kind, and worked his tail off! They barely took a break over the course of a 9 hour move! Everything was treated with kid gloves, carefully wrapping and gingerly transporting items of value as well as total junk. They treated it all the same -- as valued possessions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND On the Go Moving for your next move... you will not be disappointed.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that others deserve a heads up…read morebefore booking. On The Go came recommended by a friend but ended up being by far the worst moving experience I've had. My wife was 8 months pregnant and I hired movers specifically so she wouldn't have to deal with the stress of moving. Instead, the crew showed up nearly 4 hours late and was clearly underprepared. We had been up early, packed and ready by 9am, as the crew was supposed to arrive 9:30-10am. They arrived at 1pm. I had to reschedule elevator bookings at both buildings four times, and my wife missed her window to rest and eat. Not exactly the "easy move" I paid for. The quoted job time was 3-4 hours total. Loading a small one-bedroom alone took 4 hours, largely because one of the two movers was clearly inexperienced and required significant rework throughout. I understand people have learning curves -- I just don't think customers should absorb the cost of on-the-job training. I watched him smack my expensive things on walls and the floor with little care. At the end of loading, the crew asked to stop at a fast food restaurant. I had already flagged the time crunch multiple times. We ended up skipping the meal but it came across as tone-deaf. Unloading took over 2 hours despite a verbal promise of 1 hour -- and that's with me actively helping. Total time: over 6 hours to move 15 minutes away. The last time I moved with the same belongings (Seattle to Kirkland), a different crew finished in under 4 hours, including the time to transport, and with zero damage. Several irreplaceable items were chipped or otherwise damaged during the move. When I raised it with the company, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do, but they offered to mail a $25 check. That was nearly a month ago. No check has arrived, despite multiple follow ups. The company did offer a partial discount on the move after I followed up, though it took several weeks to receive it. I appreciate the gesture, but it doesn't come close to addressing the full picture -- the delay, the damaged items, the time lost, or the stress added to a situation that was already sensitive. All of that could have been solved with proper planning and training. This was just not a good experience from top to bottom.

Each time I needed a new unit I was able to get in contact with the manager Rick by phone or email and he was prompt, courteous, accommodating and efficient. When I say that he takes care of his customers! There is not enough stars to give him. I believe as I grew my small business he (Rick) saw the need for the demand and eventually helped me transfer into a 10x30 unit. I can go to this location at any time that it is open (until 10p) and always feel safe and secure. The ground are well kept and clean. I've never had any safety concerns while there and you get a sense of who's who. If there are any concerns Rick is always available to check in with and he will address. If you are a small growing business looking for overflow storage - give Rick a call and he will take care of you. Or if you need a rental space for your home or personal use. Your items will be safe here. Thank you Rick and RedWay Storage!

Terrible communication. I almost changed my mind about them, but then was contacted by a…read more"supervisor" who was very responsive before the move. The originating move from Texas was fine. The trucker turned out to be a complete liar, which we learned when so much of our stuff was waterlogged. Good thing the movers at our final destination (Washington state) took video of water pouring into the truck in the rain. During the move into our new place I tried to get hold of Bellhop via phone (AI assistant- super annoying, didn't result in a call for 5-6 hours) and text. They completely dropped the ball. By a miracle, our stuff arrived in ok shape, even though the boxes were soaked. I only filed a claim for an expensive linen lampshade, even though we did end up with some scratches on the furniture. Just got back the claim result: they are offering me ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY CENTS. My annoyance and disgust with this company is very, very high. Awful.

The kids they hire as "movers" are not professional or qualified movers, and they even admitted underquoting is standard practice for Bellhops. The company makes no effort to be transparent about pricing. They quoted me 4 hours to move a 750 sq. ft. apartment just 3 miles, with only one large furniture item (a 3-seat couch) and total possessions that filled only half a truck. The move ended up taking nearly 11 hours, and with all charges, the cost exceeded $3,000--an outrageous, predatory scam. When I reported these serious issues mid-move, Bellhop lied about sending help and never followed up. Post-move, they falsified documents sent to my credit card company, falsely claiming more movers were present and that I never complained -- despite extensive communications proving otherwise. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been trying to hold them accountable for years due to an overwhelming number of similar complaints (1.2-star rating, 131+ complaints), but the Attorney General office has not yet taken action. This company is a scam, a bait-and-switch operation, and a consumer nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, hire one of the many alternatives to Bellhop Moving.
