The Senior Manager Victor does an exceptionally good job managing the place. Victor is highly knowledgeable, very professional, kind, genuine and informative. I'm sure I've asked the same questions more than once and Victor is quick to respond with the answer either in person, by phone or by email. Provides the info with all the details/options/variations. I did rent a unit at another storage facility less than a mile away from Redmond Mini Storage that was not a great experience. Also paid much more for a unit with many price hikes at the other more "corporate" place for a very small unit. Could rarely get any answer but "no" or "I don't know" there when I reached out. Victor & Redmond Mini Storage is the exact opposite of the other place. Has very fair prices, move in discounts, clean, secure, and well lit. They then add a $10 fee even though the checkbox that says use this credit card for all future charge is checked. Deposited the calls to rectify this behavior has continued. I see this as a money making game at the expense of the customer satisfaction. I've started looking around and have realized that I am not the only person being impacted. Other storage facilities are cheaper and have the capability to do auto deductions and quite honestly have waaayyy better customer interaction.

Once I paid, I let the gentleman know I had not been here before and he explained me what color line to follow and then I would back up and trash my dresser. We followed the red color line as instructed and the wait time was minimal. The area to drop off the trash was being "cleaned" on my ur arrival as they had machines compacting the trash. There are no marked areas to back up and it's all self guided. But backing in was fairly easy.

We had our belongings shipped U-Pack and they will deliver your goods that you loaded on a trailer and give you three days to unload. Worried about finding a storage facility that would be accommodating to this was a little stressful but when visiting the facility they assured this was no problem and something they were accustomed to. Our tour of the facility, really impressed me. Well lit, great security, very clean and great customer service. I should mention that we have changed units too. We are now in third unit. As we moved into our place and had less items to store, we moved Into smaller units to save money. Moving was easy and painless as they have elevators, wide halls, lights, and flat bed dollys to help move your items in and out of units. The storage is facility is locked by gates after 10pm. To enter the building and elevator you have to enter your security code. The place is well surveillance with security cameras too. My only gripe is that I have to do new paperwork every time we change a unit. But I guess if I had switched to a another storage i would still be doing paperwork - so I guess I get it.
