When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! Horrible moving experience -- significantly exceeded estimate, poor planning, and no resolution…read more I had a very disappointing experience with All Service Moving. I was originally given an estimate of approximately 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 for my small single bedroom apartment. Instead, my move took approximately 6.5 hours and cost me over $1,000. A major issue was the truck that was sent for my move. I was moving out of an approximately 600-square-foot apartment, and the truck was significantly larger than necessary -- it ended up being only about 40% full. Because of the truck's size, it couldn't access the loading area where it needed to park, which meant the movers had to make much longer trips between the truck and my apartment. This added a considerable amount of time to the move. Photos and information about both locations were available beforehand, and had been viewed so I don't understand why an appropriately sized truck wasn't selected. The other major issue was the pace of the move. I repeatedly observed the movers not actively working. Nearly every time I went outside, they were standing around talking, laughing, or on their phones. When I went back into my apartment while they were working inside, I observed similar periods where they were not actively moving items. I completely understand that reasonable breaks are necessary, but this was far beyond what I expected when I was being charged by the hour. The movers were polite during the actual move, and I initially had no concerns about their interpersonal conduct. Unfortunately, that changed afterward. One of the movers began repeatedly contacting me on my personal phone asking about a tip and a five-star review. I repeatedly explained that I intended to tip but was waiting for a bank transfer to clear and that it would take a few days. Despite that explanation, I received multiple texts a day asking about it. I ultimately felt harassed and uncomfortable enough that I blocked the number. I contacted the company afterward and gave them a detailed explanation of my concerns, including the oversized truck, the additional time and cost, the repeated periods where the movers weren't actively working, and the inappropriate pressure regarding the tip. Unfortunately, they did nothing to resolve the situation. The Operations Manager's response was simply: "It is Unfortunate that I must inform you That we cannot issue you any kind of reimburse you any kind of refund." There was no meaningful response to the specific concerns I raised and no attempt to address why a move estimated at 3-4.5 hours and $690-$800 turned into a 6.5-hour, $1,000+ move. I was promised a certain level of service and a guaranteed timeframe/cost, and that expectation was not met. I gave the company an opportunity to make the situation right, and they declined to do anything. I would strongly recommend getting very specific information about truck size, access, estimated hours, and what happens if the move significantly exceeds the estimate before booking with this company. My experience left me feeling like I paid substantially more because of poor planning and an inefficient move, and then received no meaningful response when I brought those concerns to the company.

Two hours from start to finish. They (two men) moved all my stuff from a bedroom to my new studio apartment in under the three hour minimum--but that's okay. With the truck rental it was $437 total. These guys--the do not milk the clock. They move with speed, putting everything in these huge 60" x 24" boxes, except for the furniture. EVERYTHING gets wrapped like a palette 360 degrees around. I just stayed out of their way, and within one hour they had everything loaded up. They brought a 24' truck, which was bigger than I expected. The drive was 30 minutes to my new place and unloading took about 45 minutes. They had me sign a standard moving contract, and I absolutely appreciate the 10% military discount, and another 3% for paying cash. FANTASTIC, could not say one thing bad. They are very careful with my stuff. Absolutely recommended.

In short, I had the worst moving experience for loading a UPACK truck recently and highly recommend hiring some one else for such jobs. This is actually the second time I used them, because the first time I hired them 1.5 years back for unloading a truck they were actually quite good. The difference is primarily is that the first time foreman Chase and Mark did a good unload truck job and had great attitudes, but the second time the foreman Kyle in particular did a bad job, tried to charge me more, cost me more money in UPACK space used, and had a bad attitude. In addition it took some emails and calls and a week to get an email receipt of the bill from Ecomovers. I took the time to complain to the owner Grant on what all went wrong to no avail. Overall I think they used to be a good service, but now they charge more per hour relative to others, attempt to squeeze more money out of you, and offer poorer service. Here are some more details. They took 4 hours for a truck load for 2 bedrooms + office rented condo (basically a regular 3 bedroom apartment move) and charged another extra 0.5 hours for drive time from their location (the drive time charge to/from their office location is apparently their standard policy). We had packed everytjing into boxes earlier. The only things that needed disassembly was 2 beds and a small tv stand. The last movers I had hired for loading a truck took just under 3 hours for the same job and packed much tighter and also were better in all departments hands down with no extra drive time charge either. Kyle had actually tried to charge me 45 mins for drive time, but I had bargained and got it down to 30 mins (as 30 mins is what they had upfront agreed to the first time I had hired them and assumed the same held for the second time). Another point of comparison is that Mark and Chase (the 2 guys from Ecomovers about 1.5 years back) had taken just 2 hours to unload the truck which had almost exactly the same stuff, that Kyle, Dugan and Mario (3 guys) had done in 4 hours. Even considering loading is harder than unloading the 3x difference is still big. The three big reasons on why the took longer are: (1) They were just stalling for nearly 30 mins deciding on how to pack two lamps for which the glass heads could not be dismantled. At some point Kyle displaying frustration walks off telling Dugan and Mario to figure out how to pack it. (2) Worse, I had upfront told Kyle I had purchased 32 used blankets for the move based on the previous move experience where I had used 24. Just when he ran out of the 32 blankets around the 3rd hour he tried to force me to buy the (probably used) $14+tax blankets from him. I chose to instead get new $7.95+tax blankets from Uhaul, and the 20 mins it took to get it he just stalled saying he can't do anything until it arrives even though there were stuff remaining to be carried to the truck. Being a professional he should have anticipated running out blankets well before he ran out of them. (3) I noticed Kyle was more focused on issuing orders rather on actually moving or packing the truck and was telling me he was the only trained professional and hinting Dugan and Mike were his trainees. Overall they just slowed down after the 2nd hour. He forced me to buy some $8 straps from him saying that it's safer to use than the rope I had bought to tying down stuff. To make matters worse in the initial bill he included the charge for the straps, then later I found out an additional unauthorized charge on my credit card which when I inquired Grant said it was for the straps he forgot to include. I told him it was included in the first bill (they had refused to give me the original invoice interestingly saying it would be sent by email), he said he needs to check the invoice and would sent me a copy. Guess what I never got the invoice. I disputed the additional charge with my credit card company and got the unauthorized charge back. In the end it cost me $700 for just loading a truck for a 3 bedroom apartment with pre-packed boxes which had cost $375 earlier for loading almost exactly the same amount of stuff (counting tips and all). While their drive time charge is their standard policy I think you will find a lot many better movers who do not charge it. I have a tendency to only recommend or work with people who can meet my incredibly high standards of practice and match the level of customer service that both I and other Sotheby's International Realty brokers are known for delivering. I also have this level of expectation for those I hire to help me with my home as well. Sadly, that means there are a rare few that I will agree to work with. I wanted to take a few minutes to write to you and let you know a few things about my experience with EcoMovers of Seattle. I first called Eco Movers when I was searching for a moving company to move my own family to a new home. I spoke with the receptionist on the phone and she was able to effectively and efficiently explain what your company could offer my family. From the type of options of support you could provide, to the range of options for times of service. This information actually made me interested in trying your company for our upcoming move. I opted for a move scheduled for Easter Sunday. I was surprised you were available on a Sunday, much less on one that fell on a holiday. I received a phone call a few days in advance, asking if I was open to a move the day before, to accommodate your company's scheduling. I responded that I was not entirely packed, so I did not know how that would work. You offered to send a crew over to pack my entire house and offered me a huge discount for accommodating you in this way. I agreed, but did warn you that I am EXTREMELY fussy about my furniture and artwork. A lot of it is museum quality and I get a little worried about others handling and packing them. However, you assured me you were equipped to handle every detail and had previous expertise in handling this type of product with exceptional results. The packing crew showed up and had my entire 1500 sq ft, 3 bedroom home packed to perfection in less than four hours. We had packed nothing up until this point, as we knew your crew was to pack everything. The moving crew returned shortly after, and moved every single item from my previous home, to my new home, including breaking down and re-installing all of our beds and other items requiring assembly. They did not miss a single detail down to the smallest bobby pin. Every item delivered was packed and handled with care. The crew was professional, polite and efficient with their time. They all worked up until 11:30 pm, without a break, with no complaint, to finish my move the same day at my request. Your service has surpassed all of my expectations ten fold. You made your crew available when I needed something, your standard of practice with client communication and property handling is unparalleled. You made this huge move feel effortless and pleasant. Everyone involved on my side of things was extremely happy with the interaction of your staff and the service of your supporting teams. This experience has created a huge amount of faith for me in your company and as a result, I am willing to trust all of you again to help me and my family with any future move we may need assistance with. I will even recommend you to my clients with their real estate transaction preparations. That is a hard thing for a company to do. I am a very tough customer. FOR WOMEN: I hired Eco Movers for a short local move and had a deeply uncomfortable and disappointing experience. --- Update- I was offered a lump-sum reimbursement of $1,050 conditioned upon removal of my online reviews and signing a full release of claims. Obviously I'm updating my review so it's obvious which route I chose. --- Original- The most concerning part of the move was the on-site conduct. While I was alone in the home, three male movers cornered me alone upstairs and repeatedly asked me personal questions about my relationship status, whether I planned to stay with my boyfriend, and other unrelated topics concerning my income and saying "you must be rich". These conversations were not connected to the job and made me feel cornered and uncomfortable in my own home. When I raised this concern with the company afterward, they stated that their internal review did not find inappropriate conduct based on the male employee statements. If you scroll on their yelp, I found other women saying the same thing with statements that the company found no wrongdoing. My two bedroom move, ten minutes distance, cost over 2,000$. The move exceeded the estimated time and the final cost increased accordingly. The estimate was non-binding and allows up to 25% over the quoted amount, the way the time accumulated was concerning. Crew members took extended breaks lasting approximately 20-30 minutes, despite standard 10-minute rest periods. The company later acknowledged that break time had been mistakenly billed and offered a refund of approximately $88, which does not meaningfully reflect the additional labor time that was billed and the damaged pieces of furniture. Items were wrapped that I had specifically declined wrapping for, including low-value items like a decorative artificial plant. This added significant time to the move. Several pieces of solid wood furniture (from the 1970s) were damaged. Table legs were removed and not properly reassembled, hardware was left loose, and pieces were left unstable. Screws and nails were left in my carpet after the move, creating a safety hazard. It felt like "hide and seek" trying to locate loose hardware, displaced items, and missing components. I am still discovering items that are missing or not in their original condition. Some property was temporarily left on the truck and required repeated follow-up to retrieve. The movers mentioned throughout this also were calling me off their personal phones about it and I had to threaten local law enforcement to get my items back Additionally, crew members were smoking next to the open truck while my upholstered furniture was inside. I have photos documenting this, although the same employees denied this also. They also, like other reviews, left the bathroom in disarray. After reviewing the company's Better Business Bureau page, I noticed other customers reporting similar billing patterns involving the 25% estimate threshold. While I cannot speak to those situations, it raised concerns for me given my own experience. Between the uncomfortable interactions, extended billing, minimal refund offered, damaged furniture, missing items, and loose hardware left behind, this was not a professional or reassuring experience. read more

We just moved across town to Wedgwood in September and used EcoMovers. My husband and I both agree it was by far the best moving experience that we have ever had. Grant, the owner, and his team were really attentive, careful and efficient. He followed up on an appointment for an estimate in a timely manner, and was quick and efficient in estimating our costs to move with his company. His quote was the best price I got out of 4 estimates, not outrageous, and ended up being exact (in town moves are based on time rather than distance, load, etc.). When I first booked them he asked if we needed more boxes, and had those delivered to us within days. On the day of the move, his crew was prompt, and very professional even when we had special requests. Moving isn't my favorite thing, and can be a stressful time, and his crew remained very pleasant and always kept a really good attitude. They worked very hard, with not just brawn, but thoughtfulness too-- and were knowledgable and strategic when loading and unloading our household. And most importantly, when moving in our really large, oversized couch, there ended up being a small scratch on the door that Grant quickly acknowledged and which he proceeded to have professionally fixed the next week. This was my first time using Eco-Movers and it was an ideal moving experience for us. We had Patrick and Allah as our moving guys; they had such a great attitude throughout the entire process and their approach to customer service is why I would use this company again. On the day of the move, the movers contacted us via phone to let us know they were leaving the warehouse which started the time clock. They showed up on time and made sure that they did not block any of our neighbors' driveways or the street (Ballard=No Parking). Patrick, the lead, provided me with an outline of what they would be doing for us and also provided the details of their start time, etc. This was very clear so there would be no confusion of what we would be charged for and I really appreciate having this information. Once everything was signed, they started moving stuff and packing the truck and they were super fast and efficient, all while being able to have a good rapport with myself, my husband, and each other. They were able to empty out our second floor 1 bed/1bath condo in about 2 hours and move all our things into the new place (1 level) in less than 1 hour. They were very careful with moving the furniture in and out of both places, made sure to put each item in the correctly labeled room or ask for direction, and there was no damage to our things or either location. Once everything was completed, they again outline the end time and explained the final costs. I was amazed at the service from Eco Movers! Rick and Matt were prompt, professional, friendly, and worked quickly. Rick brought the wardrobe boxes in and by the time I went to go fill them he had beaten me to it! I've had 3 big moves in the last 5 years, 2 of them were on the East Coast; this team is by far the most dedicated and professional one I've encountered. I have two pieces of sentimental furniture; my grandmother's dining table and a vintage dresser that was gifted to my mom when I was born. They protected both items well, plenty of padding and wrapping. Even some of my less valuable pieces (Ikea) were well protected. I had not cleared a bookshelf that held my two dogs' urns and paw prints; they allowed me to move them and were very respectful. I've had trouble packing their items and Matt asked if he could pack the dog bed, I appreciated that he understood the importance of the item and was happy to let him pack it. As they were unloading at the townhouse I told them not to worry about the walls because I was going to be painting them all and the stairway is very narrow. Regardless, Rick made sure not to damage the walls even in the very tight squeeze for the couch. They also took care to protect the hardwood floors. Overall I was very impressed with the service provided. They were incredibly quick and I never saw one of them taking a break or moving slowly (an issue I've had with past moving teams back East). Matt even offered me a bottle of water after finishing loading the truck! I would definitely recommend Eco Movers and would happily use Rick and Matt again. I found Eco Movers on Yelp and used their $30 for $50 deal. My move ended up costing more than I expected but that's because the logistics of my building. I believe they quoted $119 an hour for moving and it was about a 4 or 5 hour job but that's because the condo in Belltown I was moving out of required a specific parking area and they had to move things a good distance from the elevator to the truck. I called for availability and they scheduled an appointment and sent me a confirmation e-mail. This was great! Very easy. I received a call from the movers when they were on their way and their office is located off 15th by the Whole Foods between Ballard and Downtown. They do charge from the time they leave their office to the end of your move. They would be best for downtown/in-town moves. I was moving a well furnished one bedroom apartment into the Public Storage in SLU (just barely all fit in a 10x10). They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even had a few packing tips for the next time. One thing they did mention and this my tip back to you is that I had a 2 person crew. Given the length of the distance from the elevator to the truck, it would be good to have a 3 person crew so if you can describe the logistics as much as possible when making the reservation, I would consider a 2 or 3 person crew for apartment moves. If you have a house... probably going to need more especially if you have a lot of stuff. I plan on using Eco-Movers when I move from the storage unit into my house later this month! read more

I had a great experience with EcoMovers! Originally I scheduled for a saturday, then had to change the date to monday, which they were able to accommodate. They arrived right on time; and when the move took longer move than expected time-wise, and Darren and Taki knocked themselves out to get the job done. They were very efficient, courteous, and professional. They were very considerate and after we went over the order of emptying the house (I have pets to worry about), they followed that plan exactly. They asked questions when they didn't know something. We even had to make a stop at my storage unit as well as going to the new house, and that was no problem. They brought multiple garment boxes for my use (no extra charge), dolleys, and many, many blankets to protect my furniture. When we got to the new place, they were able to move some antique armoires that I had delivered on saturday into place without damage. Later, EcoMovers was good enough to send another man (I'm sorry I can't remember your name now) in the afternoon when the move proved to be longer than expected, with little additional charge - I was very grateful for the extra help. Nothing got bent or broken during the move, which is a huge relief after reading reviews for some other moving companies. For the service I received, the price was more than reasonable. Very impressed, would work with again in a heartbeat. I moved from a one bedroom in downtown Seattle, to a one bedroom in a neighboring city suburb. I had heard about Eco Movers from a friend, and the woman that I spoke with for a quote (Zayla) was upbeat and efficient. My move was scheduled for the afternoon and the team of three (Boris, Jesse, and Peter) arrived within the window that had been discussed. I was kept up-to-date on timing with a call from from their dispatcher, and from Boris once their arrival time was known. When they arrived at my first building, they navigated the tight alley for the loading dock. They wrapped and loaded all the furniture, including several fragile items, quickly and effectively. Once the truck was loaded with the furniture and boxes, we headed over to the second location. There isn't an elevator in my new location; nevertheless they moved everything up to the second floor with no problem. No small feat in my mind! As each furniture item was brought in, I was asked where I would like it placed. They reassembled the furniture perfectly. As someone who has gone the economy route for prior moves, I can say that working with Eco Movers was well worth it. WOW! These kids know what's up when it comes to moving your stuff! We needed to move a whole condo's worth of stuff out of a storage unit into a condo about five miles away in downtown Bellevue. These guys showed up on time and ready to work! They were courteous, professional, and above all: careful. When it came down to moving the big expensive items like large mirrors and LED TVs they always supported them appropriately to ensure the items would not be damaged accidentally. The entire loading process took about 45 minutes and was FAR smoother than a few friends and I would have been able to pull off. When we arrived at the condo they had already staged the truck at the time of loading so that all the big, bulky items were first off the truck and into the condo. This made placing all the little boxes around the big items SO much easier than the other way around! They laid down a red carpet in the condo so they wouldn't scratch the floor and were very receptive to direction for where items should be placed. They had everything into the unit within an hour! I was thrilled! The icing on the cake was that arranging the service was also a breeze and the office had incredibly good communication with both myself and the condo that I was moving into. (spamming this review everywhere because they deserve it!) I usually dont leave reviews, but i have to with this company! To be honest, this place wasnt my first choice, but now it will always be! First off, they were very quick to accomodate me (i called them about a week before my move). Then, when my apartment i was moving into told me i couldnt have the larger elevator later than what my proosed time was, they accomodated me once more and slid my timeframe up. Then i thought they were just going to come in and grab my things and throw them into the truck (i even bought moving blankets to prepare) but Carlos L. and Luis C. went WAYY above and beyond by wrapping all my items in a moving blanket, cellophane, and then sealed with ductape (they even brought their own disposal Mattress bag!!!) they were very fast and very precise! When we arrived at my new apartment and brought my items upstairs, Carlos even put my desk and bedframe back together! I was really honestly prepared to do it myself but they took care of everything. the craziest thing is that the cost was LOWER than my move i did in 2019...considering inflation, think about how wild that is! I first ued Eco-Movers in May to move several items into storage for the summer. They were amazing moving a large armoire down a tiny staircase in a building on Queen Anne. That item plus a queen size bed went into storage with a number of small items, all carefully wrapped in protective plastic. My team could not have been more professional and helpful and had all items tucked carefully into storage in no time. When it was time to move those items out of storage and into a new apartment for my daughter, it was a no-brainer who to call. My experience this time was equally wonderful. I was called 20 minutes before my delivery window began and told the team was on their way. They were efficient and very careful. They had the unit cleaned out, loaded up, arrived at the new apartment unloaded and carefully placed all of my items - 2 hours start to finish. They even set up the bed, took away all of the plastic wrap and moved the armoire several times until it was just where I wanted it. I (and many of my friends) have moved all over the country with job transfers and this is, hands down, the most professional, careful and courteous moving company I have come across or heard about. I am so incredibly grateful for Eco/Green Movers! They really saved me in a pinch. I booked a different company to do an in town Seattle move for me on a Monday morning. The night before, they cancelled on me, due to a covid outbreak with their staff. I was left with a 12hr notice to scramble and find a new company last minute. As you can imagine, it is highly unlikely to reach any company on a Sunday night. Those that I did reach were booked out for 2 weeks. I was shocked when Green Movers not only answered the phone on a Sunday night, but also happily offered availability to do my move the next morning. Though I was happy to book them, I was slightly nervous by booking a random company that I knew nothing about. Would they really show up, would they be on time, would they take good care of my stuff? The answer was yes to all of my concerns. All 3 guys were kind, courteous, and efficient! What a relief! I moved into a condo building that uses a chaperone to monitor move ins. My chaperone even commented to me on how impressed they were with my moving crew, and that they were much more professional and easier to work with than most movers! TLDR: 2 days before moving received excellent, up-front pricing. Papani & Tyler are rock stars. Nothing broken or damaged. Highly recommend. I called the Wednesday before my Friday move, I know I know. It was the best last-minute decision I've made. I called 3 places total and Eco not only gave me the best price, but it was upfront pricing. Mr. Dean was able to send me an estimate quickly. They offer video estimates, who knew?! I think the whole process from receiving a call to signing my estimate, MIGHT have 15 minutes, from the comfort of my own apartment. I wasn't worried about sneaky charges later. Papani (I'm sorry I spelled it wrong) and Tyler showed up and worked efficiently, professionally and fast. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. ALL of our furniture arrived without a scratch on it and placed as we requested. It was as if my cousins came to help us move. They made the experience stress free. This was my very first experience with moving companies. I have heard all the horror stories before about damaged furniture and movers taking an extra long time to jack up the amount of hours you have to pay for. Typically, moving would involve myself, some family/friends, and a rental truck. This time around I had to move during the middle of the week and didn't want to inconvenience family and friends who had to work. I decided to go with Eco because of the great reviews. And let me tell you, the reviews are not wrong! The movers showed up during the hour time window the company gave (we all have had plumbers, cable companies, etc give long time windows and still show up late) and they had all my things loaded up onto the truck in an hour (small apartment). All in all, the entire move was 3 hours. These guys came ready to work! They were quick, polite, and took care of my things. Very competent movers who knew how to problem solve when hallway and door angles made it tricky to move my table and couch. Eco movers did an excellent job. They responded extremely promptly with an actual human phone call, and through text message. They called the day before, the day of, and the day after the move to see how I was doing. Boris and his crew were outstanding. They arrived 15 minutes early and got started right away. It was a challenging move including navigating an extremely narrow alley, second story apartment, and a piano. Everything was perfectly dismantled and wrapped. They even fixed a precariously held together piece of furniture. On arrival to the new place, they continuously asked where I wanted things. Everything was unwrapped, rebuilt, and cleaned up. Even when they were finished, they asked me one last time if everything was where I wanted it. ...and not one thing was scratched or damaged!! This is my 3rd major move, with the two previous moving companies being major national chains. I had a horrible experience with both, and had *so much damage* from those 2 national chains. I was recommended to Eco Movers because I had an item that may needed to be hoisted into my second story apartment. They offered this service and they were in my neighborhood. From dispatch to completion I received A++++ service from this company. The dispatcher was very personal and she worked some magic to get me an appointment the very next day. The two movers were able to get an extra long couch through my difficult doorway with skills and knowledge about space and angles that my friend and I who attempted to do the job didn't have. As the dispatcher guessed, they didn't have to hoist the couch through the window after all. When they arrived, they were very friendly shaking my hand and introducing themselves by name. This is really nice when a stranger is about to come into your home. They handled the move and interacted with me in my home as if they were my friends who cared about my home and my belongings as much as I do. That also put me at ease. At billing, they took the time to call dispatch and confirm the price I was quoted so that I wasn't over charged. All around fantastic job. My movers were Satch and Taki. read more

Five-Star Moving Experience with Eco Movers! We recently moved neighborhoods in Seattle and had the absolute pleasure of working with an outstanding team from Eco Movers. Our crew was led by our foreman Francisco, along with Marvin and Felix--three true professionals who made the entire experience so much better than it otherwise could have been. From the very start, they were highly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Moving is never stress-free, but their calm, confident approach really helped put us at ease. They worked efficiently, handled our belongings with care, and even managed to solve the tricky "hard couch" problem that we were sure would be impossible with the way our new home's stairs are configured. Thanks to their teamwork, skill, and positive attitude, what could have been a stressful day turned into a smooth and surprisingly pleasant experience at a reasonable price. Throughout my career I've moved many times and no company I have ever worked with compares to the quality people and service I experienced with the team at Eco-Movers. We downsized from a 4000 square foot home to a 2000 square foot apartment. Satch was extraordinary in making this overwhelming task not only a painless experience, but a pleasant one. I truly enjoyed working with him and his crew over the course of the several weeks it took to sell one household, leave part of it staged for the real estate showings, move items into another household in stages from the time of listing through the close of escrow, and a whole bunch of hauling, sorting and disposing going on in between. Each step was great. The apartment building I moved into said that the guys from Eco-Movers were so easy to work with, very pleasant. cheerful and courteous to other tenants, and was far and above other companies they see on a regular basis. Sorry, I was too busy moving and with work to write this timely, but last August they helped me move (for the third time total), this time from Bellingham to Seattle. I really intended to write this earlier as I am even more impressed by them than ever before. This time, since they're based in Seattle, I figured Bellingham would be full of low-cost movers, so I called around a bunch and sent a ton of requests for estimates. Eco-Movers was far more affordable than literally 10+ plus other movers (including most based out of low-cost Bellingham) and their rates were also the most upfront, and clear. I really, really appreciate their hourly rates, as all the other movers had some bizzare formula that ended up to be more expensive, even twice as much! The movers as always were super friendly and hard-working, and made moving as fun as easy as it can get! Hopefully one day I'll settle down in one place, but until then, especially as I did a ton of research this time and can tell they're the best bargain around, I'll always go back to these guys. ANYONE LOOKING TO HIRE MOVERS BEWARE *review update*…read more Do not hire these movers! We hired them to help us with our move on Saturday, August 1st. They moved a 500 dollar pair of Bose headphones (that are not even finished being paid off) to the cab of their moving truck and decided to keep them. We have contacted them three separate times to return them and have ignored us. I am a very disabled retiree with neuropathy, as well as lots of problems and these movers were the only ones I could afford at the time. I'm warning you not to hire them or else you'll have to deal with filing stolen property reports for whatever high value electronics they decide to steal. These movers work extremely fast and are opportunistic thieves! If for whatever reason you do decide to hire them, keep serial numbers of all your high value electronics to easier report them stolen and make it harder for them to pawn and sell, set up security cameras to watch their moving truck so you can show it to the police after, and expect no communication from them after they have stolen your property; but it is recommend to just hire another company instead of this company that prey on disabled retirees.

I hired On the Go to load a trailer in preparation for an out-of-state move. The moving team…read moreovercharged me (I had to get home office to do a correction), but that was only the surface. When I arrived in my new location, I had a different mover ready to unload the truck. What they found was astounding: The movers had paid no mind to how they stacked our boxes, crushing multiple bins and seeing boxes cave-in on themselves. These photos came from the other movers as they thought their counterparts did it, and were (in their words) "embarrassed." On top of this absolute disregard for boxes, 11 pieces of furniture suffered damage. Their label was "cosmetic damage," because nothing broke ... it's just visually damaged (deep gashes in wood, leather scraped off real-leather chairs). The care extended to a couch where they removed the peg legs and through them loose into the trailer (we had to find them over the course of the move). I documented everything, shared photos, etc. Their offer: $100 check due to cosmetic damage. And after a fairly pointed email about the negligence of how they packed the trailer, they just stopped responding. Now, here's the onus on me: I only did base protection. I trusted their reputation and after seven cross-country moves, felt confident we'd be okay. Shame on me, and that'll never be a mistake I make again. I don't expect anything to come of this for me. And that's fine. But hopefully at least one other person will be saved the frustration and expense.
