Coming from Urban Storage, also new, I love how this has the extra touch of individual unit alarms and high surveillance. The office is neat, clean and pleasant: no strange odors or dirty floors. Beware of Mileage Overcharges at This U-Haul Location…read more I recently rented a U-Haul from this location and drove less than 20 miles total (verified by my own GPS and route tracking). I returned it without a problem until I saw the charge come through on my credit card which was more than double the estimated cost. When I brought this up, they said it was because the reported mileage was more than 5 times what I actually drive. The staff gave no clear explanation and couldn't help me beyond giving me a 800 number to dispute the charge. Just take care before renting from this business.

The clerk called me and told me I had to return the trailer early because someone booked it after us so we busted our butts to do so, we were going to be 15 minutes late to return it so I called to let them know and the clerk said "oh, well, the people who needed it after you decided to go somewhere else", he didn't call me and let me know nor did he care when I said it would have been nice for him to call me so I didn't have to waste so much gas to get there in time (Driving from Idaho). The clerk didn't apologize for our experience he just acted like he didn't give a care and said "take it up with UHAUL" . The customer service at this place is sorely lacking. They allow you to borrow a truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient if you're able to return the truck before the end of the day- this was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer, the big chain in Seattle area has horrible hours for folks who work traditional business hours. I've been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 405 makes it a quick trip from when I'm coming from the east side or seattle. So stress free- will continue to use stor house even though I don't live very close to them!

They have a bunch of dollies on site and their shop is very fairly priced if you need a lock, boxes or packing material. The building is gated making it even more secure. I highly recommend this place especially if your items are valuable or would benefit from temperate control.

A handful of days before the move, they reached out and even asked if we required assistance in packing. On the day of the move, they communicated their ETA and were prompt. They assessed the situation and prioritized their efforts in meeting our needs. They were very careful with our belongings within the home we were moving out of and the one we were moving into. First of all they called me the morning of my move and informed me that they were checking the truck for safety and would be arriving at my property at the time we planned. They arrived exactly on time as they said they would and went straight to work without hesitation. My movers were Shane and Jason and they were very professional and pleasant to work with. They made sure to treat my items as if they were their own items which impressed me because they handled all my items with care and made sure to wrap the items needing extra protection. When I booked I dealt with Brandon first and he turned me over to Rachel who was very informative and polite to deal with when I booked my moved with them. She gave me a step by step description of how the process would go and she even gave me 2 different estimates with 2 movers and a second with 3 movers and explained the pro's and cons of both which I like. The people at the front desk are absolutely stellar. So helpful and pleasant. I would have loved to give this place five stars but OMG there is mouse poop on EVERYTHING. Every box I open has been nested in! I'm going to have to throw away hats that are stained with urine and silicone baking dishes that have holes eaten through them. I've had to use storage units before in my moves but this is a new experience for me with the rodents. It's disgusting and hazardous.
