No need to hesitate to rent a storage unit from Redmond Mini Storage. I rented my first unit there…read moreover 20 yrs ago. The last several years I have had a few units there. The Senior Manager Victor does an exceptionally good job managing the place. Victor is highly knowledgeable, very professional, kind, genuine and informative. I'm sure I've asked the same questions more than once and Victor is quick to respond with the answer either in person, by phone or by email. Provides the info with all the details/options/variations. I did rent a unit at another storage facility less than a mile away from Redmond Mini Storage that was not a great experience. Also paid much more for a unit with many price hikes at the other more "corporate" place for a very small unit. Could rarely get any answer but "no" or "I don't know" there when I reached out. Victor & Redmond Mini Storage is the exact opposite of the other place. Has very fair prices, move in discounts, clean, secure, and well lit. If you need storage don't hesitate to check out Redmond Mini Storage.

They then add a $10 fee even though the checkbox that says use this credit card for all future charge is checked. Deposited the calls to rectify this behavior has continued. I see this as a money making game at the expense of the customer satisfaction. I've started looking around and have realized that I am not the only person being impacted. Other storage facilities are cheaper and have the capability to do auto deductions and quite honestly have waaayyy better customer interaction.

Absolutely fraudulent, sketchy and rude. We rented a U-Haul from these jokers. The amount on the…read morecontract was not what my wife agreed to on the app. Then, they attempted to overcharge us by 40 miles. I wish we'd taken a picture of the odometer when we left because it was not what they claimed the initial mileage was. The 1 star reviews get it right. The reviews describing incredible rudeness get it right. If you still insist on dealing with these con artists, document EVERYTHING. If you don't, you'll get scammed.

After 6+ years of paying a fortune for a 5'x10' unit (now $180/month, increasing to $212 as of…read more6/1/2023) it was time to move out. Arrived 4/25 with a rental vehicle to do so but the elevator was out of order and apparently had been for a few days. To avoid paying the next month's rent, we had to vacate the unit by EOD 4/30. When we called to check the status of the elevator that day, we were told it was still out of order. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor of a notably large building...at least 500-600 units. There is ONE elevator for the entire building and TWO stairwells on the far end of each side. Only one stairwell is accessible from the outside. Needless to say, moving the items out of the unit without an elevator would've required assistance of at least two other able-bodied people, which was not possible. Although we contacted management, sure enough, we were charged for the entire amount as of May 2. A classic example of a business causing their customer to suffer from what is their--and only their--mistake.

Terrible communication. I almost changed my mind about them, but then was contacted by a…read more"supervisor" who was very responsive before the move. The originating move from Texas was fine. The trucker turned out to be a complete liar, which we learned when so much of our stuff was waterlogged. Good thing the movers at our final destination (Washington state) took video of water pouring into the truck in the rain. During the move into our new place I tried to get hold of Bellhop via phone (AI assistant- super annoying, didn't result in a call for 5-6 hours) and text. They completely dropped the ball. By a miracle, our stuff arrived in ok shape, even though the boxes were soaked. I only filed a claim for an expensive linen lampshade, even though we did end up with some scratches on the furniture. Just got back the claim result: they are offering me ONE DOLLAR AND TWENTY CENTS. My annoyance and disgust with this company is very, very high. Awful.

Bellhop Moving is a deceptive brokerage (not a direct moving company) that intentionally…read moreunderquotes customers to lure them in, only to inflate charges by 350% or more after services are rendered. The kids they hire as "movers" are not professional or qualified movers, and they even admitted underquoting is standard practice for Bellhops. The company makes no effort to be transparent about pricing. They quoted me 4 hours to move a 750 sq. ft. apartment just 3 miles, with only one large furniture item (a 3-seat couch) and total possessions that filled only half a truck. The move ended up taking nearly 11 hours, and with all charges, the cost exceeded $3,000--an outrageous, predatory scam. When I reported these serious issues mid-move, Bellhop lied about sending help and never followed up. Post-move, they falsified documents sent to my credit card company, falsely claiming more movers were present and that I never complained -- despite extensive communications proving otherwise. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been trying to hold them accountable for years due to an overwhelming number of similar complaints (1.2-star rating, 131+ complaints), but the Attorney General office has not yet taken action. This company is a scam, a bait-and-switch operation, and a consumer nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, hire one of the many alternatives to Bellhop Moving.

I recently leased a 5x5 storage unit at this facility. However, I never moved any items in to the…read moreunit because of my poor experience upon move-in, and I cancelled my lease before the first month was up. I requested a refund of my rent and move-in fees, but was not granted one. Upon arriving at the storage facility on my move-in day, I followed the directions I was sent in an email from Secure Space and attempted to unlock the gate using the provided gate code. The code did not work. I went to the manager's office for assistance and after a few minutes he was able to get me logged in to the online system, which I was for some reason not fully processed in yet, despite signing a lease and paying the full balance the day before. I proceeded through the gate, which now worked with the code, and went to my assigned unit. Upon driving around the facility, I noticed many piles of items and what appeared to be garbage left around. I found my unit, which was down several hallways. The outside door leading to the hallways was unlocked. The directions stated that I should find a combination lock on the door to my unit, and use the code provided to open it. However, rather than finding a combination lock on the door to my unit, there were two blue locks requiring a key. I returned back to the manager's office again to troubleshoot the lock problem, only to find him gone and a sign on the door saying he would return at 5:00, even though it was after 5:00 at that point. I called the number listed on the office door and was directed to a woman who worked for Secure Space. I explained the situation regarding the locks and my inability to enter my unit. She expressed concern that the manager was not in the office and said she would try to contact him. She was unable to get a hold of him and told me to "wait outside the office for 15-20 minutes to see if he'd show up". She said she would then call me back to follow up. I waited outside the office for 25 minutes without seeing anyone. At that point, I decided to drive back to my unit to see if perhaps the manager was there or busy working somewhere else on the property. I could not find him. I parked outside my unit and called the number back that I had previously talked to, and this time was connected with a male. I explained the situation again. He stated that he was the manager and that he left a sign on the office door saying he'd return at 5:30, hence his absence. This was not true-the sign said 5:00. He was unapologetic about the situation and seemed frustrated with me. However, he said he would run down to my unit to help me troubleshoot the locks. I waited outside my unit for another 15 minutes. Still the manager did not show up. Finally, I called again. He said he was on his way. A couple minutes later, I saw him coming around the corner towards the entrance to my unit. Again, there was no apology on his part for the inconvenience. Together we walked to the unit where I showed him the two locks on the door. He said that he had to go get a tool and physically cut the locks off of the door. He left again and came back with a large set of cutters and then proceeded to cut off both locks. Upon opening my unit, the manager looked inside and stated that the unit hadn't been swept out and that he'd be back with a broom. I waited for him to retrieve it and looked inside to find the floor of the unit littered with debris and a pile of what appeared to be dried excrement in the corner of the unit. A few minutes later, the manager returned with a broom and a large shovel. He attempted to pick up the dried excrement off the floor with the shovel, but a stain was still left. He stated that he'd refund the price of my lock for the inconvenience (this never happened). Then, he left me to move in. Unfortunately, at that point it had been over an hour since I had arrived at the facility and I felt neither safe nor taken care of. I did not want to move any of my items into a dirty unit where there had just been excrement on the floor. I left and had a car full of items that I was unable to store. I wrote a thorough e-mail detailing my experience to Secure Space customer service, and never heard back. Finally, I simply cancelled my lease because I didn't want to be charged for another month at a unit I was not using. I was never refunded the price of the lock, as the manager had promised, nor was there any response to my concerns. Overall, my experience with Secure Space Lynnwood could not have been worse. I would not feel safe storing my belongings at their facility, no matter how low the price.
